At Home in Madrid, Trendy Neighborhood, Sanitized

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

El estudio, perfecto para 2 personas, encuentra en un edificio Histórico del siglo XIX en la misma Puerta del Sol. Cuenta con ascensor, portero y un gran balcón exterior. Está situado al lado de la Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Catedral de la Almudena y a solo minutos de los tres Museos: Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen Bornemisza y Mercado de San Miguel. El apartamento esta en un área restringida al tráfico, sólo para uso de residentes, por lo que no hay ruido y podrá disfrutar de un sueño agradable.

Lovely studio view Plaza Mayor

With its cozy interior, this studio is enough to make you feel right at home. Being close to the noteworthy sights makes it easy to see the centre of Madrid in a short period of time. The studio isn't the biggest but for a couple visiting for a few days it is more than enough. The only thing that has to be noted is that the bedroom is accessed by a ladder.
