A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Thanking you in advance for your trust.

My apartment is located in the heart of the city (40 m2) and the historic district of Nantes. It has a separate bedroom from the living room and the kitchen is open. Located in a dynamic area, it is however very quiet. Close proximity to all amenities (bakery, Monoprix, restaurants, shops, bar, grocery stores) but also the Castle, the Cathedral, the banks of the Erdre and all transport. You will have to live with Comète the cat, the mascot of the apartment 😻
