Upscaled Loft in Historic Center with sunny patio

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

A cozy bathrobe hangs on the balcony railing, with views of the Acropolis directly ahead. Nearby, a telescope is placed on a tripod, allowing for close-up observation of the historic site. The city skyline features various buildings in the background.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ioannis’ place — it’s an absolute gem! The apartment is just as beautiful as the photos (if not more so), with breathtaking views that made our mornings and evenings feel magical. The location is perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and charming. Ioannis was an exceptional host — warm, responsive, and thoughtful. His hospitality made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself is tastefully done, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The little touches and decor create such a relaxing atmosphere. The balcony was our favorite spot — sipping wine with the stunning view was one of the highlights of our trip! It’s rare to find a place that feels both stylish and homey, and this one absolutely delivers. Highly recommended — I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ioannis, for a fantastic stay!

This was a stunning apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. The amazing view of the Acropolis was breathtaking and memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this place again.

We loved so much about this flat: the view, location, communicative host, the view, the size, wonderful hot water in shower, the view, close to many restaurants, and did we mention the view? Seriously, we highly recommend Peter's flat in Athens. Book it as soon as you read this!

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! The views from the terrace are unmatched and our host Victor was extremely accommodating for us. Our flight landed so early and we had nowhere to place our bags so he let us drop them off and hang out on the terrace while they prepped our suite. It’s walkable to everything in the city and close to the metro so it’s easy to get to and from the airport. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

It was an incredible home base for our stay in Athens. It was in a central, walkable location which made getting around super easy. We never had to use the metro. Plus, you never get tired of the view. The host was super kind, friendly, and gave us some killer recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked.
