The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

The description of the villa fully corresponds to reality. Everything is very comfortable, clean, there are good equipped free beaches - 10 minutes walk in walking distance. There are great paid beaches - but you will need to go there. There are restaurants. The host met at the airport, hosted. Helped me buy groceries on the day of arrival. Showed the neighborhood. Very hospitable, attentive and correct. Thank you so much for a pleasant and comfortable stay! I want to return!

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Chetan ji is great host and make sure all arrangements are in order. Food is great and gives feel of home food. Thanks to his wife. Location of property is excellent. We enjoyed lot during our stay and highly recommend to others. House is very nicely built to have lot of common areas to sit and enjoy.

This place was absolutely stunning! we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Indeed the highlight of our Azerbaijan vacation. The property was spotless, clean and all amenities were perfectly available. Best part was our care takers Elmaaz and Kama who took very good care of and made us feel right at home.

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible. The dome tents are pure luxury and the surroundings are simply magical. I cannot recommend this place enough!! It’s awesome!

Leyla is a friendly host. Replied to all of our calls and texts from Wp. I know because we had no wifi during first 2 days. She helped to call IT guys to fix! Seabreeze has a horrible organization. Problems with towels- in weekends its hard to find towels. Reception has hard time communicating with the rest of the resort. Call in advance to let the host know about your arrival. we have arrived 10 past 15.00 (check in time), but the room wasnt ready. Had to wait for more than an hour to settle in. Bring your own soap and other personal items. there is none in the room. It's more like renting a flat, rather than a hotel room in a resort area.

We stayed in the apartment for a month in February. I'm so glad you didn't miss the place. It is the very center of the tourist part of the city. The sea, the boulevard, the old city are all within a walking distance. Numerous cafes, restaurants, shops. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. The hostess is a sociable and hospitable person, told us several places and places that are worth visiting. Helped us with paperwork and more. The next time you visit Baku, we will be happy to stay in the apartment.

Wow! This has been an awesome memorable experience. Meena aunty is fabulous. She is a perfect host who takes care of your needs and fulfills it. Her apartment is perfectly located to enjoy nature and breathtaking view of mountains and river. On top of it is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. There's pretty much everything that you need and rest is a phone call away. Something which makes this experience ultra special is Meena aunty's personal touch. She makes you feel comfortable and treats you like family ( lot of care). During your stay she will keep checking if you need anything. Both Meena aunty and Mr Anand were superb. Ruslan is an excellent communicator who has a number of different places to stay in this area (we didn't in the end stay in this one, but a similar one at the same price). The place we stayed at was a nice combination of traditional home and modern villa. The swimming pool was excellent (very clean) and the pool area well designed, with toilet and shower, a tennis table, and next to a covered area with traditional low table and carpeted area, and table and benches, looking over the garden and through the trees a view of the lake. In the corner is a kitchen with both gas and wood fire stoves, and with a good fridge and basic kitchen supplies, we had everything we needed. The sleeping area was two spacious rooms (sleeping 2 and 3) and a corridor area with two extra (rather hard) beds. The dacha has been made out of a larger house, so the accommodation area is partitioned off from the family home. The advantage is that the very welcoming lady who lives there being on call for any needs. The location is off the tourist track, and is within a village - the animal noises were a delight (some of the flies less so). Overall, Ruslan was very helpful in advising us on how to travel back and forth from Tashkent, and with his family connections to the area, is both well connected to advise on the best dacha and committed to visitors benefiting those in the village. We bought fresh bread from the house opposite very morning, and came back with excellent mountain honey.

The stay was worth it. It's a must recommended place.

Very convenient apartment 30 meters from the beach. Clean. Pleasant interaction with the hostess. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. There are nuances, too: This is a new building, the building is being completed and the noise from the construction begins even before 9 am Two days before, they cut off the water for half a day and the electricity - features of the facility under construction The bedrooms are very small in the one with a double bed you can hardly walk around it All linen on the single bed and some of the duvet covers do not fit the blankets. Beautiful terrace but the view of the lake from it is unfortunately blocked by another building Overall, the apartment is very good for a quiet family vacation.

The cottage is very well located, a landscaped private beach in a 5 minutes walk, a large, beautiful protected area of the recreation area, a lot of greenery, flowers. There is a decent dining room. The cottage itself has a wonderful terrace that overlooks a small but beautiful and well-maintained courtyard. The apartment on the first floor is spacious and comfortable for relaxation, everything you need is there. From Larissa, we learned a lot of useful information. Lovely hosts, great place to stay. We plan to come again.

The location of the apartment is great, there is a shop and a beautiful park nearby. At night, from the window there is a very beautiful view of the sea :) For an unfortunate resident, this place is a great option) It is worth paying attention to the fact that the Internet is weak enough and does not reach the bedroom and kitchen, the series could not be seen. Also I would replace blankets with more modern blankets. But my husband and I were still happy and boldly recommend the place ;)

The place is clean and the apartment is larger than the pictures. We rested a lot and the owner of the apartment and dude, and you can stretch on your day of travel until the time of the trip. We thank the owner of the apartment for the upscale treatment

There's hardly a better place you can find in Pavlodar. It is just like in the photos. The apartment is spotless, the mattress is comfortable, the view is incredible. We haven't heard any neighbours, no one bothered us. The location is the best in Pavlodar, as the whole life here is built around the quay. It was noisy outside sometimes due to concerts, but nothing a closed window couldn't fix, sometimes we actually enjoyed the music. Whatever is going on there stops early, so we had peaceful evenings. The host is the most responsive we've met. Amazed and grateful to have stayed at this place. It is totally worth its price.

Great big house! 3 bedrooms. Living room! Three toilets. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need. A good location. Nearby is a salted lake and a big supermarket. And you can get to the sea by bus for a penny.
