Sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment.

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

The house itself is stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with attention to detail. The view is absolutely breathtaking; we couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for our shoots. The location was peaceful yet accessible, perfect for both creativity and relaxation. We also stayed overnight and had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and strong Wi-Fi for our production needs. A huge thank you to our host, who was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure everything ran smoothly, and his hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended American dude! He can solve everything you need in Istanbul better than Istanbulite :)

We stayed absolutely loved this house! The location is just perfect — everything you might need is within walking distance: cafes, shops, transportation, you name it. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable! The host was amazing — very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. She answered all our messages super quickly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We rented the whole house with friends, and it was such a great experience! The place had a really cozy vibe, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the pictures — maybe even better! We had an incredible time and would 100% love to come back.

Temiz bir daire, iletişim iyi ve imkanları anlatıldığı şekilde yeterli. Metroya yürüyerek 1,5 km civarında ama farklı otobus imkanları var.

Charming little place within walking distance to Taksim Square. Ugar was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had a few requests, and he was more than happy to accommodate them. After six weeks of travelling and staying in and out of hotels, stepping into Ugar’s apartment truly felt like coming home. The bed was comfortable, the room nice and dark for a restful sleep, and the building felt safe and secure. I’d happily recommend this place. The only small issue was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen - likely just an oversight that I’m sure will be sorted quickly.

Great location, would always recommend and come back if I visit Istanbul again. Hosts always asked if you need something and give you great recommendations for this beautiful part of the city

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. temizlik ile ilgili bir sorun yaşamadım sadece cadde üzerinde olduğu için cam açık yatmak mümkün değil çok gürültülü ama bu evden kaynaklı değil Kadıköy’ün yaşamından kaynaklı. Gayet memnun konakladık ve ayrıldık, teşekkürler

Öncelikle Gamze Hanım’a ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederim. :) Ne soru sorsak sabırla çok kısa sürede yanıt verdi. Villaya arkadaşlarımızla beraber bayıldık, bir doğum günü kutlamasından ancak bu kadar keyif alabilirdik. :) Villa tamamen fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, harika ve huzur verici bir manzarası var, peyzajı çok güzel, havuzu tertemiz. Evdeki imkanlar da, -özellikle mutfak tarafı- çok işimize yaradı. Uzaktan yemek de söyleyebildiğiniz bir konumda. ^^ Kalabalık arkadaş grupları için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ki arkadaşlarımız da başka etkinlikleri için burayı kiralayacaklarını belirttiler bile. :)

Konaklama mekanı fotoğraftaki ile birebirdi. iletişim konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık, sorularımız ivedilikle karşılık buldu. lokasyon olarak ise ulaşımı çok rahat ve güvenliydi. temiz ve düzenli teslim aldık. dinlenmek, eğlenmek ve yüzmek için gerçekten ideal bir yer

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

We organised our wedding in the villa and lived a wonderful moment. The place is very quiet, nice near the river, with a swimming pool, a barbecue, and games for kids in the huge garden. Duygu is always very reactive in case of any issue (missing towel or a broken light). I recommend !

Staying here feels like stepping into a charming historic mansion, right in the heart of the city. The tasteful, impeccably clean décor blends timeless elegance with modern comfort every detail is thoughtfully curated. Although the vibrant city is just outside, inside you’ll find a peaceful, serene atmosphere. It’s a true urban sanctuary where you can relax and feel completely at ease.

Great place to stay. Peaceful neighbourhood, but only short walk to shops and restaurants in one direction and a short walk and a trip on a mechanical pontoon, across the river, the other way, to a wonderful beach. Well equipped kitchen in the huge downstairs room, with outside terraces, back and front. We had a very relaxing time.

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%
