We reached out to Christine last minute because we had a problem with our other stay booked with another host. She was quick to respond and super helpful. She was able to get the place turned over in an hour for us. When we arrived it was spotless, smelled lovely and had everything I could have needed. I would recommend and would stay again.

This was my third time staying with Susan and Greg, and every stay at their cottage in Baywood has been a blast. It’s peaceful, quiet, and Susan and Greg are wonderful hosts. The cottage is in the perfect spot to be able to walk to anything in Baywood Park (be sure to check out High Street Deli and Noi’s 2nd Street Cafe!). I’ve made it a point to stay here every time I’m down in the area for a longer trip, I can’t recommend it enough.

The place was very comfortable and warm. It was the perfect place to stay at during our visit. It was close to the beach where we planned to go. Had grocery stores close by to shop for food. Rooms were nice and spacious. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again.

I love the location. I love the main home and the apartment with outside entrance. I love the garden backyard and the privacy. I always stay here when I am in Cambria. Nick is a 5 star host.

Maria is a fantastic host. She communicates all necessary information to you and if you have any questions, she follows up very quickly. Her home was immaculate and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you want to cook, everything you need is there to prepare a meal, detailed instructions on use of the tv, bed very comfortable, plenty of books and games and a great view of the ocean. Beautiful hiking at Fiscalini Preserve just a two minute walk away. Overall just a great home and she takes pride in keeping it immaculate. Can’t wait to stay again.

Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderfully relaxing stay! The house was beautiful and you can't beat those views! Waking up every morning to view the beautiful surroundings and ocean was heavenly. Comfortable beds and linens! Thank you. We love Cayucos and this was the perfect place for our family.

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

Opened the door to a very welcoming clean beach home. Nice view of the ocean! Walking distance to all that Cayucos offers! The Bradford family had a wonderful time!

What a treat to stay with Mark! Great property in a fantastic location. Moreso peaceful and private than walkable, but only a short drive or bike ride to anything needed. Very clean and nice space with everything we needed. Getting into the property had us paused slightly as there weren’t specific instructions, but it was easy to figure out. Mark was very responsive and friendly. We feel lucky to have found some availability for this property.

This was a fantastic place - absolutely epic location. The house was more spacious than the photos can show. We felt both spoiled and right at home.

The House, and town are So Cute!! Luna local coffee with their own secret garden and patio (okay🥰) , checked out some restaurants, location is Perfect For EverYtHinGg, enjoyed walking to the farmers market❣️ The Beach is so close. did a lot of walking. now the house!!!!!! Perfect, amazing layout. felt so open. the privet parking area (so convenient) the town is very active so parking isn't hard but its nice. That Couch!!!! ALL Around Wonderful trip. and I was nervous at first. so glad I decided to try something New💕 Locals were very kind and friendly. that is Alway's helpful.
