Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

Our stay at Fabien’s beachfront apartment in Las Terrenas was exceptional. The property is impeccably furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, catering even to those who enjoy cooking. We appreciated thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket of local fruits and a selection of toiletries, including sun protection products. Fabien was a gracious and attentive host, ensuring our experience was seamless. The location offers easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

Maximo’s apartment at Balcones del Atlántico was stunning — modern, spotless, and felt just like home. It’s a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, with great pools and a private Jacuzzi that we loved. Maximo was professional, helpful, and very responsive. The apartment included helper and cook which made our stay even more relaxing, especially as we celebrated my dad’s birthday. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

Francis’s place was just what we were looking for when thinking about a relaxing beach getaway from the busy city of Santo Domingo. Villa Anita Isabel was beautiful! We had a great stay, we felt welcomed, safe, and peaceful. The villa was clean, organized, quiet, in safe location, and beautiful inside and out. This is a beautiful place. It is part of the Sublime Samana hotel. Even though the unit is owned by Alicia and rented through Airbnb, you get to use all the hotel amenities and are treated like a hotel guest. The beach (Playa Coson) is long and beautiful with plenty of waves--great for long walks. The drinks at the beach restaurant are very good, though a little low on alcohol. We found the restaurant food to be excellent despite reading some previous negative reviews. We really enjoyed the gym. When we arrived we were a little disappointed that the unit was not ready for us to cook. It was missing a washclothe/sponge, dishtowel, dish soap, salt, pepper, and oil. We messaged Alicia. She told us to talk to the front desk. They kindly delivered a sponge, dishcloth, and dish soap. The restaurant gave us a little olive oil. We wish there had been a blender.

We lived our stay here. Apartment is gorgeous and very clean. Definitely will be coming back.

My family and I had a great stay. Very well kept apartment and property. Peaceful and family friendly. We loved the convenient space distribution and decor. Everything in the unit is clean, quality and as good as new, from the shower head to the cutlery and appliances. Our host Julio was friendly, proactive and responded to contact within minutes. Every detail has been considered in this Airbnb. Jose answered every time we called, we felt safe at all time. my children loved the place. We ended up staying an extra night because the whole place was more than we expected! The experience was phenomenal! We highly recommend the place. The beach is literally few steps away from the apartment.

We were delighted with this house. From the host's service to the apartment and residential amenities. Everything was functional, clean and tidy. The location is good, across the street you find the beach, it has restaurants nearby and above all the tranquility and security of the residential complex. What a beautiful home! We loved our week right on Playa Bonita, and would not hesitate to return on future trips. The penthouse was comfortable and set in the ideal location. There are amazing food options steps away on the beach, and this area is quiet but also has convenient access to the bustle of the center of Las Terrenas. Thank you for an incredible family vacation! A tip, download the Komida app! Lots of local restaurants and even grocers deliver food directly to the house. We ordered several times and the drivers always found the correct condo number.

We had an amazing time at Tassa’s place in Sublime Samana. The apartment is gorgeous and fully equipped, and the whole property is like a dream, with a beautiful beach just a quick 3-minute walk away. There’s a gym, two pools, and a restaurant on-site, so everything you need is right there. If you’re coming with a car, it’s super easy to get around – just 20 minutes to Las Terrenas. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything you need. For lunch, we recommend taking a short walk along the beach (about 12-15 minutes in the direction away from Las Terrenas) to a lovely little beach restaurant with great prices and delicious food. Tassa was an incredible host, always making sure we had everything we needed, from before we arrived, throughout our stay, and even after we left. We recommend her highly!

Villa Malaika Beach was a dream! The home had everything my multi-generational family needed and things we didn’t even knew we wanted for the perfect vacation stay. The home was very clean, rustic ranch aesthetic with beautiful, relaxing decor, pool and jacuzzi were great for both adults and kids. Maya was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, and daily cleaning by Jordania was a much appreciated bonus. We also inquired about her cooking services and she did not disappoint! Beach is about a block away with its own private entrance to glorious Playa Bonita. We had dinner at Casa Grande restaurant AJ’s tried the Mosquito Beach Bar but they only had alcohol. We had a car so did food shopping at La Sirena and checked out the town - all 10-20min away! There was hot water, lots of fans and all working ACs. A few ants/mosquitos but it’s a beach house so not much to be done about that. Kitchen had literally everything you could need. Electricity only $60 running 3 ACs 5nights.
