Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cathedral City

A great find! A group of friends and I take an annual trip and this was a perfect find. The pool was lovely and had ample shade throughout the day (which we needed in the month of June). The house was the perfect size, temperature held just right, and no bugs or anything. The one thing is Palm Springs can get windy so the tree coverage can cause the pool to get a little dirty with foliage. A note that surprised us (but wasn’t necessarily a deterrent) is that the pool is in the front yard; it didn’t feel like it often though because of the high fences and foliage. Ken was also always responsive to texts or messages!

We cannot say thank you enough for this peaceful oasis. The entire home is infused with care and thoughtfulness. We immediately felt at home. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures can show. You get a safe, lovely space to really experience being immersed in desert life. Josh and Don were the perfect hosts. Very quick to respond and help us out, but never intrusive. I filled up a whole page in the guest book with all the wonderful core memories my family built in this special place. There is an entrance to the park 10 minutes away, which allowed us to easily hike, nature, walk, picnic everyday. We will definitely be returning to this house to experience Joshua tree in different seasons. Thank you again! The Sowells

Wow! Where to begin! From the moment we stepped into this Palm Springs paradise, we were it awe! My son couldn’t wait to take a swim in the pool! Love how family friendly the front yard was! When we walked in, we were greeted by a cool AC, which was nice being that it was over 100 degrees outside lol the rooms were made up and welcoming! LOVED the Palm Springs wall art! Kitchen was equipped with everything for our Saturday bbq! & when one of the tv remote’s battery died, it took one message to Gabriel for him to Instacart us two whole packs! Thank you again Gabriel! & I must confess, I was a bit sad to leave! It felt like saying bye to our home! Thank you for being an amazing host and can’t wait to one day book again!

It really is a Dream Home! We had a perfect stay and weekend with our small dog. The home was just as described and had everything we needed and more. We will be back again soon!

It is private and feels as if you have your very own Joshua tree oasis in the backyard. We were blown away by Fabrizio’s slice of paradise!!!! Every corner of every room has been carefully styled and considered. Inside the property this MCM home boasts amazing decor, artwork and amenities. Outside can only be described as a private oasis to relax and unwind. I have always wanted to visit Palm Springs to experience the architecture and culture. Fabrizio’s home offers a perfect place to use as a base. We loved it so much we found ourselves wanting to get back to the house when we went out to explore. Our host offered great recommendations for brunch, dinner and drinks. We visited the farm and enjoyed their breakfast menu. We also took advantage of an audio tour whilst visiting which took us to the homes of the stars and gave us other interesting insights. Needless to say we will most definitely be returning. I can’t wait to come back when our children come to visit from the UK!!

We had a great stay at this home. It was everything we needed it to be and an ideal home for a family vacation.

The house is very lovely, and the pool area is great. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. Check-in was easy and response time was perfect. There was a bit of uncertainty about music/noise outside; there were signs in the house that seemed a little contradictory to the mention of outdoor music in the posting, and we booked in Desert Hot Springs to specifically to have some outdoor music. Overall we were very comfortable in the house, although didn’t like being as far from downtown Palm Springs so would probably try to stay in PS next time.

Beautifully decorated condo in a well maintained complex. The host was very easy to communicate with. The condo is located within easy walking distance to the main pool etc as well as another smaller pool. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Karen is a great host and the listing was wonderful! My boyfriend and I stayed here with our dog and found it to be so peaceful! The outdoor amenities were great for hanging out and the Airbnb itself was more than enough space! We were very comfortable here and would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Jay's place was honestly, perfect. The complex is lovely and charming. Jay's unit was clean and pristine. And Jay was an excellent host and communicator. I felt so at peace in the unit and at the complex and enjoyed the quiet environment - and at the same time the ability to get to anything I needed within just a few minutes by car. I had a wonderful stay! Stacey was incredibly friendly and responsive, made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was well-stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant experience!

This was just what I needed. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It provided a lovely respite in between the activities I had planned. I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

This place is amazing and a great price. The host is very responsive and provided great instructions for everything. The space was very nice and clean. It has a full kitchen with everything we needed and roomy and comfortable living areas. It has a nice outdoor balcony to hang out and relax overlooking the courtyard with a big tree the hummingbirds enjoy. There are two separate bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom has a bathroom with a beautiful spacious vanity area and the toilet and shower separate. The second bedroom is smaller with the second bathroom just outside the door. We had access to two nice clean pools with hot tubs and lots of lounge chairs available. And the grounds are beautiful. This space was absolutely perfect for two besties on a sunny getaway!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Springs- look no further. This place is in a great location, easy parking and the unit itself is terrific. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay. The resort is beautiful and has amazing amenities and activities. Our host was very responsive and proactive with all instructions needed to make our check in seamless. Our room was spotless and stocked with everything needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning for a third visit!

Very pleased with our stay here! This rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway to the desert! The outdoor space is quiet and super-private. We never saw or heard any neighbors, but watched hummingbirds spar overhead as we lounged by the pool. The pool is clean and perfect for floating all afternoon, looking out at the mountains. The spa is a great way to relax under the stars after dinner. The location was great. Close enough to downtown to be a quick drive when hot, or a reasonable stroll when it's cooler. And I appreciated being able to talk an early morning jog around the area. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it's a light, airy, and comfortable space. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts and their assistant was friendly, transparent, and proactive. Very nice people! We will gladly rent this place again when we return to PS for a desert getaway! Highly recommended!

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more in this beautiful, peaceful accommodation in Palm Springs. Billy and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was spotless and spacious while still being warm and cozy. Highly recommend!
