Au coeur du Périgord noir, à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique de Sarlat. Tous commerces à proximité. Deux chats adorables vivent sur la propriété, Berlioz et Mozart. A la belle saison, ils passent beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur. Ils rentrent dans la maison principalement pour manger leurs croquettes et glaner quelques câlins.
