Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Don’t hesitate to book. Extremely friendly hosts, great location, and a good value. Unlike many Airbnbs, this one feels like you’re staying with old family friends—between the service, the charming decor, and the location, it’s a can’t miss.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

I would like to express our immense gratitude for this accommodation, which was simply impeccable! Roberto was a thoughtful, caring and incredibly generous host. He gave us a warm, extremely friendly welcome, picked us up at the bus stop in his vehicle, we were late to check in because we had an unforeseen event and arrived at 11:00 pm, he took us to a square where we could have a snack. He and his wife Rose took care of all the details with great affection, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, everything was very organized and cozy. They were always available to help us with whatever we needed and responded immediately. We have Roberto as a friend, he made all the difference in our trip. Even after we left, he continued to be attentive, showing a care that is rare to find. Located near the bus stop that goes directly to Venice. Very safe place, shops and restaurants close to the house, totally private and romantic. Just thank Roberto

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful Airbnb, in a very convenient to Fondamenta Nove for water taxis and taking the alilaguna to and from the airport. Comfortable apt, clean and close to shops and restaurants. My favorite neighborhood. Highly recommended. We hope to return!

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

An excellent choice for those who want to visit the area, take advantage of the beautiful bike paths around the Lagoon, which have direct access to every direction, or to the beaches. The pool available is the best for relaxing after a ride. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it is spacious and the large garden is really an added value. Monika is very kind, professional and available for anything.

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something needs to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. I'd love to come back!

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed for us – we would come back anytime!

A good furnished apartment with everything needed for a smooth stay, I would only recommend to add a microwave oven. Two swimming pools, 5 min to the beach. A quiet area, not crowded at all. Lidl, Euro Spin is close by. We enjoyed our stay and would come again!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

We had an amazing stay! Stefano arranged our pickup from the airport and a water taxi brought us straight to the water door. He was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The palace was centrally located close to the Rialto Bridge.

Michela and her husband were great hosts! The home was well stocked, clean and they had prosecco waiting for us. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this is the first one where I felt they had really gone above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. Great view with lots of activity on the water. The home is right near a market which was great for produce! However just know they seem to bring deliveries in the middle of the night. Three out of the four nights, There was a lot of slamming of pallets and cart noises around 3/4am. The first night we were there we had issues with the key. It is very difficult to turn to the point of unlocking. Her husband came all the way back to rescue us and show us how to get in. For the lock: 1. It self locks as soon as you close the door. 2. you have to force the key to turn past where it catches while pulling the door towards you.

Great location off the beaten path. SO many great places nearby. Great view of the canal and a nearby bridge. Thank goodness for the air conditioning, because boy was it hot in Venice while we were there! Highly recommend Elisabetta's place. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment has been the best I've had on Airbnb. Clean and very great central yet good location. Federica was super friendly, proactive and helpful. We were able to check in earlier and check out later. Thanks a lot!

What a unique and memorable apartment! We felt immersed in the authentic Venetian culture and in a great location right on the canal with epic views from every window. Charming host and assistant were very helpful and available and consistently gave good recommendations. The design apt accentuates the historical building and highlights the hewn beams, original shutters and hardware into the design of a unique and individualized space. One of a kind!

My wife and I loved our time in Venice. This was our 6th time here. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. We invited my wife’s cousin and her husband. The Airbnb was very nice and clean. Stefano was nice and responsive. The rooms were spacious and it was great to have two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Also, having the extra bathroom came in handy. All showers worked great with rain shower heads and hot water. The living room, dining area and kitchen were very nice. The ladies enjoyed sitting or kneeling on the window seat and watching the gondolas go by. Campo Santa Maria Nova is a cute campo. We had strolled through there often on our previous trips, so it was nice to be close by. We ate lots of pastries, gelato and coffee at Bar Ai Miracoli. We had a nice dinner outside at Antico Gatoleto. We took a gondola ride from Campo Santa Maria Nova. 90 euro. Stefano’s Airbnb was in a great area of Cannaregio. I highly recommend staying here! We love Venice! Thank you Stefano.

Place was very very close to the main plaza and look just like the photos, it was clean and had lovely surprise of having some small packets of nutella, strawberry jam and cookies to eat with some coffee… Overall very good, only recommendation to the host would be to give some maintenance to the air conditioning since we didn’t felt it could reach the cold levels one wants yet it did freshen the room so it was fine. Martina is also very responsive and helpful.. she helped us book a private taxi boat to give us a tour through the canals.

WOW! This place was great! It was located close to BOTH Rialto bridge and St. Marc’s Basilica!! Roberta did an amazing job communicating with us regarding our stay. She also provided some great food and local grocery store recommendations. The grocery store was only 2min away walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.
