Condo vacation rentals in Caspian Sea

I stayed at Jalal’s place for 5 evenings while attending COP29, and honestly, it was such a great experience that I felt compelled to write this review. I was a little nervous booking since I was the first guest, but everything exceeded my expectations. The Good: • Jalal was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered on the platform. He was extremely responsive, stayed up until 3am to hand over the keys to the place (I had a late night flight into Baku), and checked in with me every day. • clean space, well furnished • sweet thoughtful things around the house like local sweets, walnuts, and dates • kitchen and fridge very ample. liveable for an extended period of time. • area is safe and walkable, very convenient to local grocery stores. Not many public transit options nearby, but with bolt being so cheap The Bad: • There's no wifi! It states this on the listing, but I just didn't realize that. Not the end of the world, just invest in a 30GB SIM card plan.

We recently spent two wonderful weeks in Baku with our family and stayed at Clive and Hana’s apartment — it was one of our best Airbnb experiences! 🏡 The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore. Clive and Hana are incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful hosts. They were always available, gave great tips, and made us feel like we were staying with friends. Clive и Hana — очень тёплые, отзывчивые и внимательные хозяева. Всегда были на связи, помогали с советами и просто оставили ощущение, что мы в гостях у друзей. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! 🤝

Удобное расположение, рядом есть хорошие рестораны, в шаговой доступности магазины. Сами апартаменты чистые, всё новое.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr groß und schön. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher, 2 Balkone. Der Blick aus dem Balkon ist super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Sabri ist guter Gastgeber. Er ist sofort erreichbar, löste sehr schnell das Problem beim Stromausfall .Check in und out war unproblematisch

Staying at Richard’s place was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt completely at ease, safe, and right at home. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos — spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and full of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything you might need. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. That said, the apartment is so cozy and comfortable that I honestly didn’t want to leave! This wasn’t just a place to sleep; it was a full-on experience of comfort, calm, and hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed here, and I would absolutely return without hesitation. Thank you, Richard, for being such a thoughtful and generous host. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

The apartment I stayed in was a great place. I had great time in Baku partly due to this centrally located place which has everything in walkable distance. The host is also a nice person who is always responsive and accommodated greatly with my check out. I definitely recommend it.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Anar has a very nice place, it felt like home there and it has all you need for a long stay. Location is very convenient, you can reach most of the city's areas of interest including restaurants, museums and parks in 10-20 minutes on foot. I would definitely recommend!

Ich bedanke mich für die angenehme Atmosphäre. Sevda war immer dabei um zu helfen, sehr ordentliche und sympathische Frau, die alles perfekt organisiert hatte. Sehr gerne wieder. Die Lage ist besonders gut, fußläufig zur Metrostation.
