Beachfront vacation rentals in Caspian Sea

Leyla is a friendly host. Replied to all of our calls and texts from Wp. I know because we had no wifi during first 2 days. She helped to call IT guys to fix! Seabreeze has a horrible organization. Problems with towels- in weekends its hard to find towels. Reception has hard time communicating with the rest of the resort. Call in advance to let the host know about your arrival. we have arrived 10 past 15.00 (check in time), but the room wasnt ready. Had to wait for more than an hour to settle in. Bring your own soap and other personal items. there is none in the room. It's more like renting a flat, rather than a hotel room in a resort area.

Есть отличные платные пляжи- но туда нужно ехать. Есть рестораны. Хозяин встретил в аэропорту, проводил. Помог закупить продукты в день заезда. Показал окрестности. Очень гостеприимный, внимательный и корректный. Огромное спасибо за приятный и комфортный отдых! Хочется вернуться!

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Жили в квартире месяц в феврале. Очень рады, что не прогадали с местом. Это самый центр туристической части города. Море, бульвар, старый город - все в пешей доступности. Многочисленные кафе, рестораны, магазины. В квартире есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Хозяйка - общительный и гостеприимный человек, подсказала нам несколько заведений и мест, которые стоит посетить. Помогла нам с оформлением документов и не только. При следующем посещении Баку - с удовольствием остановимся в этой квартире.

Staying in Artist's Villa by the Sea is one of the best travel experience we have ever had. Starting with the excellent communication with family of Abraham where we felt like in our own family, a lot of care. The beach is just 5 minut from the Villa and this is the best beach for my mind. We never wanted to leave. Thank you for our trully wonderful geteway in Azerbaidjan!

Jalal’s house is very conveniently located in Bilgah, a lovely and very safe neighborhood- there is a bus stop nearby if you want to use public transport, a small supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house and the nearest public beach is 20 minutes walk from the house. Although the road to the beach isn’t well equipped for walking, it’s more convenient to use a car. Plyaj Dachnikov, Amburan Beach, Amburan Mall, Shebektu beach, Sea Breeze beach are all about 5- 10 minutes drive from the house. Baku city Centre is about 40 minutes drive. There are plenty of taxis that are very reasonably priced in case if you need one. Jalal is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, he picked us up from the airport, drove us to the beach and back to the house daily, drove us to the supermarket, took us to see Yanardag and Baku. The house is sparkling clean, very cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people (there are 2 bedrooms and one big pull out sofa upstairs and one pull out sofa downstairs). There is a balcony from which you see the sea and where you can watch sun rise and sun set. We highly recommend Jalal’s house and cannot thank him enough for his hospitality!!

Всё было здорово. Хозяйка очень приветливая, интеллигентная. В техническом и бытовом плане все хорошо. Пляж в двух минутах ходьбы. Есть свои места на пляже. Обеспечение дачи на 100%.

Вилла полностью соответствует фото, внутри есть все необходимое. Отличный, отзывчивый хозяин, который всегда был на связи и помогал в случае вопросов. Приедем еще!)

Месторасположение квартиры отличное, рядом есть магазин и красивый парк. Ночью из окна очень красивый вид на море :) Для непридирчивого жильца это место отличный вариант) Стоит обратить внимание на то, что интернет достаточно слабый и не дотягивает до спальни и кухни, сериал посмотреть не удалось. Также я бы заменила одеяла на более современные. Но мы с мужем всё равно остались довольны и смело рекомендуем это место ;)

Michael is extremely helpful and responsive, the villa is well equipped we enjoyed our stay very much, for sure we will be back

Отличный большой дом! Три спальни. Гостинная! Три туалета. Удобная кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Хорошее расположение. Рядом соленное озеро и большой супермаркет. И до моря можно добраться на автобусе за копейки.

Emil is very accurate person and hospitality is more than expected. Accommodation is same with pictures and you can go to seaside and rest or go to the upper stage of house and have a beer when sun goes down.
