The apartment is an oriental dream! Beautifully and lovingly designed on three floors with everything your heart desires, including a cozy roof terrace. Close to the center and yet quiet. The nice gentleman who handed us the apartment also had good guest tips in stock. Recommendation: Breakfast in the cafe in the middle of the nearby park of Sidi Bouzid. Diverse and huge portions!

Welcoming hospitality from Ashraf. Nice house to live in, especially thanks to the terrace. Neighborhood set back from the beachfront. We enjoyed meeting authentic neighbors and shopkeepers that we wouldn't have seen if we had been more in the city center. The mattresses, kitchen and bathroom have already seen better days. Very nice stay!

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a queen bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with a bathtub. Accommodation met our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Kais is great and I would recommend this house! The only downside is the location as there isn't much to do in the neighbourhood but if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this place is perfect!

My experience with Raouf was 10/10 on every aspect, it matches perfectly the description and even better when you're personally there, very comfy and cosy atmosphere and decorations, his mom was extremely friendly and welcoming, both were extremely responsive to every question and request. I'd definitely come back if I ever would like to spend a night in the area without any doubt.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. My host was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to meet all of my requests even providing an excellent iron and ironing board on short notice. The bathroom and shower were spotless and worked perfectly, and the overall facilities were modern, well-maintained, and easy to use. The living room, with its Art Deco design, was particularly impressive spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is ideal: just a short distance from Sidi Bou Said, and only a two-minute walk from the nearby roundabout with cafés and a bank. There’s also a lovely café just downstairs with friendly staff a perfect spot to relax with a coffee or catch a football match. All in all, a great apartment and a smooth, enjoyable experience. I’d happily stay again!

This was an incredible place to spend a week! It is within walking distance of the beautiful views of Sidi Bou Said, the beach, and a short taxi away from everything else. The apartment is beautiful and Farah was extremely helpful and kind in answering our questions. There is also a delicious pastry shop and coffee shop right out the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay in Tunis with my parents. The house was so beautiful and with amazing surroundings and there is a local market nearby and you can access to anywhere easily by taxi (it's not far from Marca beach and Carthage region, Max 7 min with taxi) The host is so friendly and help us with any problem that we had during our stay

The apartment is nice, with an ideal location, close to the pretty neighborhoods of Sidi Bou Said, but on a private street quieter than the rest of the city. We had a problem with the fridge, but Youssef was super responsive. Very good stay.

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

The apartment is clean, spacious and good location. Moujehed and Imen were very available.

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is conveniently located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet in the evening. Great place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended

The apartment is nice, well-maintained, well and practically furnished, cozy. All the essentials are available to function for a few days. Close to shops and main road. Quiet and peaceful, the building was very nice and safe. The only downside is the balcony quite high, the lack of a nice view and the balcony furniture would suggest replacing with newer and more comfortable ones.

The host Seif is super friendly and proactive and gave us many advices. The apartment is cozy, super clean and has everything you need. There is a nice roof top terrace to chill and relax. Neighbours are nice and quiet. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

A beautiful and distinctive place in the Marsa area, quiet, identical to the pictures, safe, and there is a parking lot under the building, the building is modern, the apartment is tidy, elegant, and family, and those in charge of renting the apartment are friendly and quick to respond. Thank you, I enjoyed the housing and beautiful Tunisia, and it will be my choice to live again
