Apartamento muy lindo y limpio, además de estar en un entorno tranquilo y bien ubicado. Alexa muy amable, respondía rápidamente dudas e inquietudes, muy comprensiva y atenta, excelente en todo, espero volver pronto!

El alojamiento cumplía al 100% con lo descrito en el anuncio. Se nota que los espacios fueron acondicionados con mucho cuidado para ser acogedor. Los anfitriones se comunicaron de manera efectiva y oportuna. Sí lo recomiendo. El único detalle es que por lo que vimos el problema de las hormigas no se ha solucionado por completo.

This place is a nomad paradise. The wifi was quick the extra screen help me for work. The TVs were big had Alexa for help quick use. If I could I would had extended. The area was prime and the open balcony doors let the nice breeze in.

The apartment was exactly as described—really nice, airy, and bright with beautiful openable balcony doors that gave it a lovely fresh feel. As soon as we walked in, it smelled super clean and everything looked great, which made a great first impression. The location is very central, right on La Circunvalar—a lively and busy high road with plenty to do nearby, from great restaurants to bars and places to go out. The only downside was that the check-in process could have been smoother. The concierge didn’t have much information, seemed unsure about parking, and neither the host nor staff provided any details about how to access the pool. We couldn’t find any signage or info about it in the building either. Overall, still a great stay in a well-kept, comfortable space—we just wish the arrival details and amenities access were a bit clearer.

Beautiful, modern apartment with stunning views I really enjoyed my stay in this clean, well-designed apartment. The wraparound balcony offers an incredible view, and the building is quiet, odor-free, and has a fast elevator. Great coffee, responsive front desk staff, and parking availability added to the convenience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the mall. One note for light sleepers: party music from the nearby nightlife can be heard until the early morning hours. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Steven’s place! It’s perfectly located, offering both space and comfort that made our stay truly enjoyable. We can’t recommend it highly enough—100% would stay again!

La estadía fue muy agradable y tranquila. La ubicación es excelente, de fácil acceso y con una gran variedad de servicios cercanos como transporte, opciones gastronómicas, comercios y centros de salud, todo a poca distancia. A pesar de estar tan céntrico, el entorno era sorprendentemente silencioso, ideal para el descanso. El anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a todas las consultas. El alojamiento se encontró en perfectas condiciones y muy ordenado. Cuenta con dos habitaciones bien equipadas, una con baño privado, lo que permite acomodar cómodamente a varias personas. Ambas habitaciones disponen de espacio de almacenamiento, y la principal ofrece un balcón y entretenimiento. Las instalaciones incluyen los baños necesarios y una cocina completa con utensilios y electrodomésticos esenciales, como nevera, lavadora y secadora, lo que añade mucha comodidad a la estancia. En resumen, un lugar altamente recomendable para alojarse.

This apartment satisfied all of our needs. The security guards were very attentive. The location was perfect, close to the best mall in Pereira. Close to the best restaurants and night clubs. The people from the town were every friendly and safe. In general a very safe location, the apartment was beautiful and clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable and modern. They provided coffee which was very nice to have on the patio with a beautiful view.

This home was absolutely beautiful, making you feel right at home. The space is convenient and comfortable. Andres was very attentive and always responded promptly with clear and helpful instructions.

This is the best place for really relaxing!encountering local nature and to enjoy a home away from home, we loved it! Really want to come back! Johana the home keeper made our stay even more enjoyable, her attentiveness and culinary skills are out of this world!, truly a vacation place where you feel you don’t want to leave, the pool is cleaned daily and everything is kept in pristine condition throughout your stay, truly a “finer things in life” type of stay. Everyone had a great time, we recommend grocery shopping in town and also calling the personal masseuse to the house for a great massage to further relax you after a day at the Panaca farm theme park which is a 10 minute walk from the house. Mrs. Pilar the host was easy to reach, super nice and always available on the phone. Our only issue was our vacation coming to an end. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Muy buen alojamiento.

Lugar acogedor, don Jesús muy atento a colaborarnos en lo que necesitamos. El internet funcionó muy bien. Es un lugar ideal para descansar. Camas cómodas y habitaciones bien equipadas. Flores hermosas. Como recomendaciones: aclarar que la tina del segundo piso no funciona como Jacuzzi Y tal vez retirar las manijas en mal estado de los gabinetes de la cocina.

Olga Lucia was very quick in answering our concerns and was always available. The house is located in close proximity to all parks and atractions that the region has to offer. The scenery was beatiful. Would definitely recommend.

La casa es simplemente espectacular: cada rincón está diseñado con muy buen gusto, y se nota que fue construida y adecuada con un nivel de detalle y profesionalismo excepcionales. El interior es impecable, con espacios amplios, cómodos y perfectamente equipados. No falta absolutamente nada: cocina completa, baños modernos, camas muy cómodas y espacios comunes que invitan al descanso y la contemplación. Es el tipo de lugar donde uno se siente en casa desde el primer minuto. El entorno es súper tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para desconectarse, aunque el internet funciona excelente, lo que permite mantenerse conectado sin problemas. Además, la atención de Gloria es de otro nivel. Siempre amable, atenta a cada detalle y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que se necesite. Su hospitalidad hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial Es el tipo de lugar que uno no solo disfruta, sino en el que quisiera vivir. Recomendadísima para quien busque confort, paz y una experiencia de primera.

Nos hospedamos en Jaguey 1: 3 parejas con 4 niños y el espacio estuvo muy adecuado para todos. Nos gustó mucho para acceder fácil a Panaca y disfrutar de unos días en familia. Excelente antifriona Luz Fanny con respuestas prontas a nuestras dudas y requerimientos. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más de 3 noches, pues la zona tiene mucho por explorar y conocer, pero solo teníamos el tiempo justo. Gracias por permitirnos el espacio, limpio y agradable. Volveremos seguro!

Siempre es un gusto hospedarse en este apartamento! Es muy cómodo! Muy bien ubicado y David es muy amable y responde siempre muy rápido a cualquier necesidad.

Excelente atención de Carlos, siempre atento. La ubicación del apartamento excelente, cerca a vías principales y a zonas de interés. Lo único para mejorar podría ser el aseo y estado de los sofás.

The apartment was great! Super modern, well equipped with everything you need. Nice view, very simple to take a taxi or uber. Some stores are walking distance approximately like15 minutes. The airport is about 20-30mins away. Super comfortable beds. Two AC units one in master bedroom and one in living room. The only con was getting inside the residential complex through security, it was a little difficult at times and they had to call owners to let us in at times. But not a huge deal. David was super responsive and it was resolved quickly. Overall, great place and I would recommend.

Awesome! Second stay at this apartment and will definitely stay again for future trips to Pereira. David is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Location is excellent. HIGHLY recommend!!

Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos allí por unos días. Me gustó mucho porque todo estaba limpio y con todo lo que uno necesita. El lugar muy agradable y cerca de todo.

Apartamento muy agradable, coincide con los ofrecido, Luisa siempre estuvo muy atenta a los mensajes,. El conjunto el muy tranquilo y las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amables y atentas. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Excelentes anfitriones, apto bonito limpio y ordenado la zona cuenta con supermercados cerca, lo único incómodo es que no tiene parqueadero en el edificio toca parquear en la calle o en parqueadero cerca pero no es cómodo.

Excelente lugar , mucha privacidad y seguridad , quien te recibe para la entrega de llaves súper amable , te da muchas buenas recomendaciones, sin duda volvería hospedarme !!
