This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

Gabriel place was one of the best Airbnb I've booked so far. Super clean had everything you need it for a Caribbean vacation. He had beach chairs available and a cooler which is a huge plus for me, fence in outdoor patio to relax with privacy. It was a great location too, close to everything. Quick in and out the speed way to go anywhere you wan. 10 to 20 minutes away from anywhere in the San Juan area. Love the spot.

Los inquilinos muy cordiales en todo momento se comunicaron conmigo, me enseñaron donde nos podíamos estacionar, el área bastante tranquila cerca de lugares de comida, supermercado entre otras cosas. Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

We had a great stay at Mark’s apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the pool area was a big plus. The apartment was a good size for our family, quiet, and had strong A/C, which was great for the warm weather. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the building staff, including security, were friendly. Mark was a responsive and helpful host. One thing to note: the kitchen was compact and had limited counter space, which made it a bit tricky to cook full meals, especially with a toddler. It’s fine for quick meals but may be a challenge for longer stays. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like blackout shades and beach gear - it made traveling with a little one much easier. The overall atmosphere of the building felt safe and relaxed. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area!

This is great apartment near everything. Close to the airport, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is on a one way so you have to do a small loop to get in but not a big deal. Apartment had lots of extras from pool toys to baby gear. Complex is very nice with 2 pool areas and grills along with secure. Each building has keyless entry with mag locks and is gated with a guard. Had a small issue with getting in but Jo was quick to respond. Will definitely be back.

It was an amazing stay ! My children loved it and did not want to leave the pool. The apartment was clean and made you feel right at home. Very responsive to any needs during stay , only thing was I did not get extra towels but that is the least of it we managed. Everything was great honestly I would definitely book again when I go back with my family !

We had such a great stay here! Yaitza was super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I do have to give a special shoutout to the co-host Eileen—she was truly the heart of our trip. She went above and beyond, showing us local hidden gems, and just being so thoughtful with little touches that made us feel right at home. She honestly felt like our mom away from home, and we were SO grateful for her warmth and kindness. The location was perfect for us—tucked away from the overly touristy areas, which gave us a more authentic experience, but still just a short drive to all the popular spots. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more local and personal stay in Puerto Rico.

Jorge was amazing! The place was super clean, I truly felt at home. His mother, Aida, is so wonderful. My kids loved her and called her grandma, She was so caring and attentive. I got a terrible sunburn and right away she told me what to put on my skin. I would recommend this place 100%. I’m coming back next year and of course, I'll be staying at Jorge’s place. Thank you so much for the hospitality.😊

I traveled for my birthday weekend with my small family(3). I first have to say that host sent me clear information on how to get to the apartment. Second the apartment is very cozy, comfortable and the most important for my husband and I was the cleanliness of the apt. Also, host is always in communication with you. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it without doubts. Only downside is that apartment building do need some aesthetic work anyhow everything is accurate and if I go back, I would stay at this place again.

We stayed June 21–24 and had a great experience! The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped: bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, AC, fan, large TV, cookware, iron, waffle maker, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a coffee pot with coffee provided. There were no sweeteners I suggest adding a few packets, since many enjoy coffee in the morning. The main bed was comfy but creaked a bit. The sofa bed was firm, and the pillows were a little flat for my liking, but the blankets were warm and high quality. The pool was clean with lounge chairs, and the beach nearby was beautiful with calm waters and walking distance to restaurants. The condo mini mart was reasonably priced and the attendant was friendly. We also met a few welcoming residents, which was a nice surprise. Miguel was a thoughtful host—he asked for our favorite snacks before arrival and surprised us with them and two 2-liter drinks! Another suggestion: a table for four, as only two can sit at the current desk.

Luis & Eileen are incredibly helpful, responsive, nice! They both were attentive & it made the experience very enjoyable. I can’t wait to hopefully come back & rebook with them! Thank you both!
