In the living room, a sofa bed (not very comfortable), air-conditioned. Wifi. Mini kitchen with a sandwich maker, coffee maker, minibar,microwave, sink. No stove. Bathroom with electric shower. I offer bedding and bath linens, breakfast not included. The use of sound is prohibited. Room service every 3 days. Super small/rotating parking without fixed space.

Just in front of the condominium, besides an excellent sea bath, there are natural pools with warm water that are formed between corals. The white sand and the native coconut grove accompany the blue sea, pass through Pontal dos Carneiros, the Chapel of St. Benedict, until you find the Ariquindá River, from where there are excellent boat trips to the Mangroves of Guadalupe and other destinations.

Wonderful house with ample seaside land, in the best sense of “foot in the sand.” A paradise, on a safe and very quiet beach. In addition to offering a lot of comfort in the social areas, a large terrace with a gourmet area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden, the rooms are very comfortable, all with air-conditioning, beds, sheets and bath towels of excellent quality.
