This cabin is a perfect summer retreat. My kids and I enjoyed the serenity of the property and easy access to the river. The cabin is comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

Wow, what a great stay. We were in town for a wedding that was within walking distance from the house. The house was as described in the listing, and Jennifer was great with responding to my questions before we checked in. The back patio was well worth the stay, and the hot tub was a great spot to wind down after the wedding. We will book here again.

Watching multiple species of raptor patrol the banks of the Russian River was awe-inspiring

We had a lovely stay in the Russian River. We particularly loved the location next to the river, the large deck, the hot tub, and the idyllic setting in the forest.

Absolutely beautiful location, could not beat it! Hot tub was private with a view of the ocean and a peaceful place to enjoy the beach! The hosts were super responsive to questions and easy to check in and out.

it is all about location! but it was spendy...but clean and right where we needed to be. I would rent there again...

We had a fantastic stay at this charming carriage house with our family of four. The place is set in a beautiful area —location is great for nearby hiking adventures. The interior design is stylish yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home, and the private dock adds a unique touch to the waterfront vibe. Overall, a great spot to relax, explore, and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

Overall the home was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Only downside was that we couldn't get the hot tub to go over 101 and the dishwasher wasn't working. It would be great if Vacasa could leave more standard supplies like paper towel, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc

This stay exceeded all expectations, we loved it! The space was immaculately clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—we had everything we needed and more including Spanish Paprika! The magical jacuzzi under the stars with the sound of waves crashing was the cherry on top. There were issues initially with permits of our previous booking, Vacasa was also very proactive and helpful throughout the booking process and responsive in all communications, which made everything seamless. We’d return in a heartbeat!

If you appreciate location, this beautiful home on the north end of the Sea Ranch is for you. While the house might be a little bit older, there was plenty of room and the views can’t be beat.

A lovely place which worked brilliantly for my family

We had a great stay with two families and our toddlers. Everything is as describes and the surrounding area and trail to the water is way prettier than the pictures - would recommend this place to anyone.

This is our fourth visit to Sea Ranch and this was (by far) our favorite AirBnB experience. The location is unmatched—in the mornings, you can sit in a quiet corner, enjoying coffee, watching deer graze against an expansive view of the Pacific. The house itself has everything you need—an extremely large kitchen, comfortable bed, and cozy seating throughout. The home’s proximity to Gualala is also very helpful, and you’ll have easy access to shops, groceries, and a short drive to places like the Sea Ranch Lodge or Point Arena. 10 out of 10, truly!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

There was no one around during our stay. Had deer in the backyard along with a little fox friend. Very relaxing and much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at Bella Haven. The view of the ocean waking up in the morning was incredible. The home has very close beach access which was convenient. The amenities were wonderful like the hot tub and fire pit. This is already noted in the listing but the bathroom set up is a bit tough since they’re located in the main house. The appliances in the kitchen were also nice but sometimes difficult to figure out. Overall, a positive stay and would return again.

Incredible. The house and location is like being in a dream, like a stay in another world - With the house on the water, the soft waves lapping under the house, the cormorants diving for fish, the ribbons of fog that pass through the bay in front of you.... Hog Island Oyster is right down the road on top of it all. Everything was perfect and I appreciate that such an amazing place is shared by the owners. We will be back!

6 retired women and we had the best time. Loved the house. Beds were very comfortable and house was equipped with everything you need and more.

This house will definitely be on our keeper list. It is reasonably priced.We loved the large picture windows and the view from the deck. The house was very clean and well stocked with cooking equipment, a great fridge with an ice maker and a very comfortable bed. The shower head was amazing—like standing in the rain—heavenly. We had a hard time getting out of the shower! LOL. We also loved how close we were to the grocery stores, restaurants and coffee houses. We could actually walk to them. Parking was easy. The only problem we had was operating the lockbox. We are frequent visitors to Bodega Bay and always rent homes there and we put this house on our saved list!

We had a lovely stay at the Vacasa Bodega Bay house, check in was easy and the house had plenty of room for our group. We did have toddlers and there are a lot of stairs in the house - something to be aware of with young children or folks with mobility issues. The house was clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and was an easy walk to the beach. We also walked to the Pinnacle Gulch trail and hiked to Pinnacle Rock beach which was really fun, and great for families, lots of fun tide pools at the beach. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and watching the stars in the evening. I would stay again and recommend as a relaxing vacation spot.

Location. Location. Location. The house was in the perfect spot with the best view from the living room and the patio. Just gorgeous. The house was beautifully constructed with great amenities and everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Heated floors were a nice surprise and def a plus! Loved everything about our stay, will be back soon.

A trip i'll never forget. The location is amazing. The home is beyond amazing. The most non cookie cutter home i've ever been in. Someone built their dream home. The energy emanating from within the home is palpable, you can feel the love of gatherings in the past. The healing waves reverberating throughout the home. It may sound cliche but every cell in my body feels renewed just from a short weekend stay. Will certainly be back, everything was amazing; location, home, host. 100 out of 10
