Vacation rentals with a patio in Carboneras

El alojamiento es un 10 sobre 10. En primera línea de playa y con unas vistas increíbles. El piso es muy grande, estaba limpísimo, muy bien equipado (cocina con todo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, gel y champú). La terraza coge todo el ático y tiene bastante barbacoa. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido en todo momento muy fácil y rápido. La verdad es que no se puede pedir más a un apartamento vacacional.

Vermits wij op zondag aankwamen en de winkels gesloten waren, had onze host een lekker basisontbijt met toebehoren klaargezet. Alle afspraken in vertrouwen nagekomen. Absolute aanrader. Voor minder mobiele personen ..."er zijn nogal wat trappen"... Fantastisch verblijf. Dank u Gordon en lieftallige echtgenote.

El apartamento está a pie de la playa de San José. Hay restaurantes casi al pie del apartamento y una cafetería justo abajo donde hemos desayunado estupendamente. Está situado en el centro de la zona turística de San José y tiene una terraza maravillosa donde puedes salir por la mañana y te da un sol y unas vistas estupendas. A la playa de San José tardas 5 minutos escasos porque está justo al lado del alojamiento. El apartamento muy limpio, con todas la comodidades. La coordinación para llegar ha sido muy buena. Nos ha esperado María para darnos las llaves y el mando del garaje que ha sido lo más porque no hemos tenido problema de aparcamiento. Es un apartamento muy recomendable para quien esté buscando comodidad, tranquilidad, descanso, playa y un poco de buena comida, heladerías, tiendas, etc. 100% recomendable.

Wat een heerlijk plek om je meteen thuis te voelen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, is ruim en lekker licht en heeft een heerlijk terras. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug.

Świetne miejsce i spokojna okolica. Apartament na zamkniętym kameralnym osiedlu z super basenem dla dorosłych i dzieci. Apartament miał wszystko czego potrzeba do udanego pobytu. Świetna lokalizacja jako punkt wypadkowy czy to do zwiedzania Almerii, Murcji, Kartageny czy pustyni Tabernas. Gabriel i Ana zadbają o wszystko podczas twojego pobytu. Otrzymasz cenne wskazówki co warto zobaczyć w okolicy i gdzie można dobrze zjeść lub oglądać zachód słońca. Wkładają mnóstwo entuzjazmu w to co robią i widać że to nie tylko ich praca ale znacznie coś więcej. Dla nas ważne było żeby Apartament zapewniał udogodnienia dla naszego maluszka i wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy otrzymaliśmy na miejscu. Na basen z tarasu jest dosłownie parę metrów. Bardzo blisko do plaży i morza co jest kolejnym atutem. Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament. Pobyt u Gabriela i Any zasługuje na najwyższą możliwą ocenę. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Cristina’s apartment was perfect! Great location for the beach and the apartment pool was very nice also. The apartment is well equipped and clean and has everything you need. Cristina and her family are super nice people and it was a pleasure to meet them. We will be glad to return next year for a longer stay!

We zijn 7 nachten geweest. Het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en goed onderhouden. Op de kleinste details is gelet. Daniel heeft ons opgewacht en wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Hij is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar en reageert direct op berichten. De locatie is super omdat je aan de buitenkant van de stad zit en enerzijds vrij snel op de snelweg bent en anderzijds op 15 min lopen van het strand zit. De oude binnenstad is ongeveer 35 min lopen. Zoals Daniel in zijn advertentie heeft beschreven, is de inpandige ondergrondse garageplaats, alleen geschikt voor een kleine auto. Wij hebben een Citroën Picasso C4 en deze is te groot. Maar dit is geen probleem omdat er altijd gratis in de wijk kan worden geparkeerd. We hebben de auto altijd aan de overkant van het appartement aan de grote straat kunnen parkeren. We kunnen deze host en locatie ten zeerste aanbevelen en hopen er nog een keer terug te komen. Groet John en Kitty

La casa es muy bonita y con todas las comodidades. Las estancias son amplias y el patio una delicia poder disfrutarlo. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het huis en de unieke omgeving! Het huis is goed onderhouden en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De tuin, inclusief het prachtige zwembad, is echt een pareltje, en het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is adembenemend. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, al is een auto wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te verkennen. De communicatie met David en Frances verliep uitstekend; ze waren altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

El apartamento es bonito, y todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio.Tiene una terraza amplia para poder disfrutar en verano. La piscina está bien, y a mis hijos le encantó. Está en una zona tranquila, así que se puede descansar bien. Domingo es muy amable y nos recomendó lugares para comer. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Sin duda repetiría, una anfitriona increíble, nos facilito todas las indicaciones, la casa súper acogedora y encontramos tranquilidad en la urbanización como actividad en zonas cercanas. un 10 se queda corto. Gracias Susana

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Carmen es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El día de la entrada nos retrasamos bastante, no obstante estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta las 2 de la madrugada para abrir la puerta del garaje. Una experiencia muy agradable! Excelente!

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
