La casa es inmejorable. Eso no significa que no tenga cosas mejorables, aunque parezca un contrasentido. Por ejemplo los baños están un poco viejos, no hay microondas, el acceso con coche a la casa es difícil y alguna cosa, pequeña, más. Mi calificación, la máxima posible, se debe al lugar donde se encuentra la casa y sus terrazas. Es imposible unas mejores vistas, increíbles, con el mar y el cabo Zafferano, a nuestros pies. Además, por su situación, tiene a 50 metros un acceso al mar, totalmente privado, una especie de playa de piedra. La casa está concebida, muy inteligentemente, para mirar al mar, todo da al mar. La terraza, enorme, es realmente el lugar donde se vive. También hay que hablar de su jardín privado, en terrazas, magnifícame cuidadas de una forma natural. En definitiva un lugar que no se olvida. Giacomo, el anfitrión, es muy accesible y atento a las necesidades que puedas tener.

We stayed here for 4 night and was very satisfied, Claudia is a great host she always checked up on us. The house is beautiful even better than the pictures and the location is great. Also Claudia thought of every single detail, i highly recommend this place.

La maison proposée par Chiara est très belle, agréable et idéale pour notre séjour entre amis. La vue sur la mer est imprenable, l’extérieur de la maison est magnifique !! L’hôte a été très disponible pour nous. Cependant points négatifs : le lit de la chambre a l’étage grince énormément (le sommier), la douche de la master bedroom ne fonctionnait pas (pas de débit et pas d’eau chaude), concernant le tri sélectif des déchets : réglementation très compliquée sur l’île, nous aurions eu besoin de plus d’explications dans la maison sur le tri des déchets. Nous recommandons +++ la maison !!

I love this house! It's nestled in the trees, overlooking the ocean, with plenty of comfortable spots to relax in. Walking down the cliff path to the sea takes 5 minutes, or you can walk 5 minutes to the beach. There's an outdoor shower, two kitchens, and many bedrooms. And the aircons in the bedrooms and living room don't hurt either. The house is a little wild, there are insects, cute neighborhood cats, lizards outside, and that just adds to its charm. Marco and his nephew are very helpful and communicative. We had a couple issues throughout the week and they immediately fixed them for us. We would 100% return, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 5 days as a group of 4 friends and we had so much fun! The property is so beautiful, believe it or not the photos actually don’t do it justice, we were so shocked at how perfect everything was when we arrived. We were shown around and how to us everything and were greeted with wine and aperitif, it was really perfect. We didn’t have the best weather towards the end but there is so much to do and enjoy within the property. It was also very fun to watch the storms from the property. We cooked every night and used the pool everyday. It was exactly what we expected and wanted. The hosts are really lovely and wanted to help whenever they could. We would all stay here again!

Best place we've been in a long time, better than advertised and perfect in any way. Felt better than home

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette adorable maison en profitant du calme et de la proximité d'un accès à la mer. L'espace extérieur est très agréable pour prendre l'apéritif ou manger sous la pergola et la maison très bien équipée . Marco et Anna nous ont accueilli chaleureusement avec de jolies attentions . C'est le Airbnb que nous adorons trouver, on se sent chez soi et c'est très agréable ! La route d'accès au logement est pentue, c'est un peu surprenant au départ.

we loved sitting on the patio and watching the day go by! it was especially nice to be able to sit under the awning as it was raining the day we were there. the walk to the water was a bit steep for my mom but beautiful once you arrived at the waters edge. Alessandro and Lolanda were very helpful and great hosts.
