Vacation rentals with a patio in Capo Rizzuto

Anche se il nostro soggiorno è stato brevissimo, ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento pulito, ordinato, fornito di qualsiasi cosa. Il proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. È stato come sentirsi a casa.

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat Sie sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegebeb und war sehr sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in Allem das beste Airbnb in dem ich je war.

Es un alojamiento a las afueras del pueblo cercano al aeropuerto. Un buen sitio si tienes que dormir cerca del aeropuerto. El estudio es muy bonito y cómodo.

La casa é molto graziosa e arredata con gusto e gode di una vista mare stupenda. La cucina ha tutto il necessario, compresa una lavastoviglie. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, il mare non è subito profondo ma degrada dolcemente ed è ottimo per i bambini. L'host Sabrina e suo marito Alessandro sono stati sempre molto disponibili per ogni necessità, hanno un altro appartamento nello stesso villaggio e questo è stato di molto aiuto.

Wir haben uns in Simonas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gross und alles ist sauber, zweckmässig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Simona hat uns sogar eine Flasche Wein und Kekse geschenkt. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön und gross, schade nur, dass es keine Gartenmöbel hat, damit man sie auch nutzen kann. Es wäre so schön gewesen, etwas draussen zu sitzen! Das wäre ja noch zu ändern. Sonst alles hervorragend.

Ho prenotato l'alloggio per i nostri tecnici ed è stato davvero tutto impeccabile, dall'ordine e dalla pulizia dell'alloggio alla reattività dell'host sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliamo!

Gianluca was an excellent host!! He’s incredibly friendly, communicative and cared about our wellbeing during our stay. He’s very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. Unfortunately we couldn’t meet him during check in because we took a lot longer than planned to get to the accomodation, due to long distance driving. His apartment is within walking distance to the village but still very private and far from the noise. We felt right at home from day 1. We had breakfast outside every morning and it was so cozy and nice. Private and spacious parking was a plus. We loved every minute of it. Tropea is absolutely beautiful and I would love to come back. I highly recommend this apartment.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

top locatie om tot rust te komen. Vittorio en zijn vrouw zijn gastvrij en doen alles om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken . we werden overladen met allerlei soorten fruit en verschillende broodjes bij ontbijt. De kookkunst van zijn vrouw gecombineerd met Vittorio als perfecte gastheer zorgden voor een onvergetelijke ervaring van de calabrese keuken op één van de avonden.

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

Villa Ulivo è stata per noi una bella sorpresa! Casa piccola ma con tutto e di più! Ottimo il giardino, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie. Il top è stato avere AC nelle stanze, poi la possibilità di verdure freschissime dall'orto del padre di Enrico. E infine la compagnia di 2 simpatici cagnolini. Un posto che vale la pena di andare.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft gleicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Das absolute Highlight ist wirklich die Dachterasse und der eigene Zugang zum Strand. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein kleines Kosmetik-Paket und gekühltes Wasser. Auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt, um seinen Alltag zu gestalten. Neben der Unterkunft ist der Service der absolute Wahnsinn. Nicht nur hat unser Host 15 Stunden vor Anreise einen Mietwagen abholbereit am Flughafen für uns besorgt, sondern auch vor Anreise die Kaffeemaschine repariert. Auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes war dieser immer ansprechbar. Auch ein Early-Check-In und ein Late-Check-Out waren problemlos möglich. Vielen vielen Dank, gerne wieder! :-)

Notre séjour dans la villa de Martina a été incroyable. Le logement est situé dans un environnement magnifique, au milieu des agrumes, en retrait de la route. Il est neuf, spacieux et très élégant. Le soin apporté à chaque petit détail nous a permi des notre arrivée de nous sentir comme chez nous. Il dispose d'une très belle terrasse où nous avons profité du cadre apaisant et de la fraîcheur de la végétation qui l'entoure. D'autre part, Martina nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et était d'excellent conseil pour nous permettre de découvrir Rossano et ses environs. De charmantes plages sont accessibles en quelques minutes de voiture. C'est incontestablement une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb. Merci Martina!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Salvatore è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio era pulitissimo e completamente arredato. Il posto molto tranquillo ma vicinissimo a tantissime attrazioni della zona e soprattutto alle splendide spiagge vicine. Struttura consigliatissima.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Der Unterkunft war großartig. Der Garten und die Wohnung waren sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist wirklich in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nur zu Empfehlen!

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di Maria è stato ottimo, l'appartamento era pulito e c'erano dei generi alimentari per la colazione. Maria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile ad aiutarci in caso di difficoltà. Maria ci ha inoltre tenuti aggiornati sugli eventi che avvenivano nei dintorni del nostro appartamento. Ottima posizione per la vicinanza sia alla spiaggia sia a esercizi commerciali.

chiara è un host accogliente, preciso e disponibile. la struttura è a 2 passi dal paradiso del sub(si può fare a piedi), e le camere accoglienti e pulitissime!!!

Ubytování bylo čisté a útulně zařízené. Bylo patrné, že se majitelé snaží o co největší pohodlí hostů (klimatizace, otočné větráky, bábovičky na písek pro děti, .) Komunikace s Davidem i Adélou probíhala bez problémů, ocenili jsme jejich podrobný manuál, který jsme měli po ruce po celou dobu dovolené (mimo trasy k ubytování a provozních věcí jsme v něm hledali i tipy na výlety). Oba dva hostitelé byli v komunikaci aktivní a trpělivě odpovídali na naše otázky. Děkujeme, budeme se rádi vracet.
