Built in 1884, this traditional winemaker’s house made of Gironde stone is located in the heart of Thomas’s vineyard estate in Saint-Émilion. Independent and surrounded by vines, it combines period charm, modern comfort, and authenticity. Your host, Thomas, a local winemaker, offers guided cellar visits and wine tastings upon request. Just 5 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux, it’s the perfect starting point to experience the Bordeaux art of living.

Close to Ste foy la grande, Duras, Bergerac, Eymet, Monbazillac, Sarlat, St Emilion, and not far from Bordeaux.

Historic walls surrounding a half acre of beautiful floodlit gardens. Two covered dining terraces for entertainment and dining. The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

This tiny house made of atypical burnt wood and equipped with a hot tub, welcomes you in a quiet and relaxing setting for a bucolic stay for two 🏡🌿 It will offer you all modern comforts while being isolated in the Périgord countryside. Thanks to two spacious and shaded terraces on both sides, you can enjoy a hot tub with an unobstructed view of fields and a meadow crossed by two friendly donkeys on one side, as well as a garden on the other side 🌳🐴
