Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cap Martinet

Great host, great location! Everything was as described and communication fast and easy. Anytime again.

We were greeted by Alexa, the daughter of the host. She was the perfect host and very helpful. Even though we arrived very late, due to delayed flights, she greeted us and helped us with luggage. Throughout our stay she borrowed us umbrellas for the beach, inflatable toys, taxi numbers and she cleaned our towels and the flat. So helpful and quick to reply- a sweetheart! The photos does not do the place justice- the outdoor terrace is huge with many different seating areas and the pool is great! So much better than expected. There is also a lot of great storage for clothes so no need to live from your suitcase. The area is quiet but still only a 35 euro taxi ride from the centre of Ibiza. And there are many beautiful beaches very close (on the west coast) that we drove to. There is also very accessible parking and no noisy neighbours. Definitely recommend!!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, sauberen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit Einheimischen – Alles war top organisiert und gut erklärt. Zwar etwas weiter von den Stränden im Süden entfernt, aber ideal, um den Westen der Insel zu erkunden.

If only all AirBnBs were this good… Had an amazing few nights here. The apartment, surroundings, and host were all top tier. Marjolin was extremely helpful and communicative during our stay, a wonderful host, who has done an amazing job creating a truly beautiful place to stay. The private pool, and cove are amazing places to unwind, and the view is incredible. Lastly would recommend renting a car just to make your life easier. And be sure to check out the very small hike to the nearby lighthouse, it was so unassuming but easily one of the nicest parts of our trip.

We travelled as a family of 5, grandparents, parents and a 2 yr old toddler, we had the most fantastic time staying in Javier’s apartment. The roof terrace was the show stopper, it provided a safe place for the little one to play whilst we bbq. Great location for the numerous restaurants and beach, several parks nearby for children’s play area, the private pool area was such a joy, very clean and convenient. Every evening after dinner we enjoyed a stroll along the promenade ending with ice cream at L’Alchimista- perfect! Javier recommended some really good restaurants, we thought San Martino and Estel served good food and child friendly. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything needed. Javier responded well and promptly so we were able to find his place easily and check out was a breeze. He also provided an underground car parking space which would surely be appreciated during peak season. We throughly recommend Javier’s place and hope to book it again !

Les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs et disponibles, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Le cadre est paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. Lovely old building that's been lovingly updated and restored. So peaceful and well appointed with nice furnishings and ornaments. Really well placed for Sant Gertrudes which is my favourite spot on the island.

What a beautiful villa with pool and Paquita and Antonio are wonderful hosts. They were so helpful and everything was spotlessly clean, with anything you could possibly need on hand. We especially appreciated the stunning sea view, nature all around, having a washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, lots of seating options in and around the house. This was our first time in Ibiza and staying in this part of the island was simply breathtaking. We sure hope to be able to return one day.

Unbelievable place Clean Easy access everywhere Would stay again no dramas

We absolutely loved our stay at Juan’s house in Ibiza. It’s a beautiful old-style finca that feels brand new! fresh, clean, and incredibly cosy. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and countryside charm, yet still close to everything. Some of our favourite restaurants like Paloma and Aubergine are just a short drive away, and the beach at Portinatx (only 13 minutes away) became our daily go-to. Travelling with our 2-year-old, we really appreciated the gated pool area. it gave us peace of mind and let us fully relax. The house is thoughtfully set up for families. A car is definitely needed (as is usually the case in Ibiza), but that’s part of the charm of this tucked-away gem. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning on the ground floor. We were expecting cooler June weather but got 33°C, so it got a bit hot indoors. Still, this wouldn’t stop us from booking again. Juan’s finca is a special place and we’d love to return!

Logement sympa situé à 20 min d’Ibiza dans la forêt. Hôte très réactif tout en restant discret. Nous ne regrettons pas cette location. Petite crique très sympa (Cala Vedella) à 5 min de la maison.

Outstanding spot. Nearly impossible to find a negative to this place. Quiet,peaceful but also only 10 minutes away from Ibiza town and San Antonio. Great pool, the kitchen was fully kitted out and Pepa and her daughter were super helpful and friendly both for check in and check out...Highly highly recommend! Another very important point is there is a large supermarket round the corner from the supermarket so you can walk less than 5 mins and you can buy everything you need....hopefully we will come back again soon ..Thanks again Pepa!

Wir waren mit 10 Freundinnen und Freunden für ein langes Pfingstwochenende dort. Das Haus und die verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereiche und der Pool bieten grossartige Möglichkeiten zusammen die Zeit zu geniessen oder sich zwischendurch zurück zu ziehen. Vor allem der Sitzplatz am Pool ist fantastisch für ein gemeinsames Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang oder einfach um den Tag zu verplempern. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr unterschiedlich, aber durchwegs stilvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel mit en-suite Duschen. Mit Grillplatz und Brot- bzw. Pizzaofen macht es Spass gemeinsam Essen zu zubereiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We only stayed for two nights, but it was a really lovely experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, we had everything we needed, from towels and face towels to beach towels, bath mats, and air conditioning, which was a big plus. The kitchen was available for use, and the bathroom was spotless, with little baskets set aside for us to use, which was a nice touch. Kate was incredibly kind and welcoming. very friendly and always happy to chat, which made us feel right at home. Even though it was a short stay, we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Was great location and the Flat looked as good as in the pictures. The only complain I can have is the water pressure in the showers was very low, except for that everything else was perfect .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva and Ollie's place for two weeks, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Eva who made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The beautiful views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are two beaches and a few restaurants within walking distance and many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the hospitality of the managers. Their warmth and willingness to help with recommendations and local tips made all the difference, turning our stay into something special. We will be back next year! :)

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the attentive host, who ensured everything was seamless. The flat itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The addition of a pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a refreshing dip whenever we wanted to relax. Cala Vedella's stunning beach is just a short stroll away, with its crystal-clear waters and scenic views making every moment there feel like paradise. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants, cute coffee shops and little boutiques. This rental exceeded all our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect Ibiza getaway!

The location couldn't have been more perfect – we were right by the beach, and being so close to many of Ibiza's main attractions meant we could explore to our content without spending ages on transport.
