Large deck, with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Fire pit. We are in the heart of whitewater rafting country, Zip lines, horse back riding, four wheeling and hiking. We'd rate it PG for scariness, so 5-10 year olds might get nervous unless they dig scary movies. It's ~1 mile of Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge.
