très bon séjour dans le studio appartenant à Ray qui est bien équipé et moderne Ray est par ailleurs un hôte très sympathique et serviable . l'endroit est calme et bien desservi par les transports individuels ou collectifs. il est également très proche des nombreux restaurants et comme rces.

It was a nice place to stay, with complete kitchen necessities and has many fans. Good for the price for us for we are looking for affordable price and most importantly, the rooms have comfortable beds. Bonus na din yung television sa sala and master's bedroom. If ever we're going to visit near Lipa again, I'll surely book again.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

I never regret that we stayed at june’s place during the pahiyas festival. It is walking distance to the town plaza plus we had a parking space. Super good location and value for money. It seems like we stayed on a condo even though it is only their roof top. We stayed before with my family that’s why we came back. Perfect stay in lucban area. June is so accommodating. Malinis at maaliwalas yung unit, tahimik din kaya nakapagpahinga kami nang maayos. Malakas ang internet, may Netflix pa kaya enjoy manood. Kumpleto rin ang gamit sa kitchen kaya nakapagluto kami. Sakto lang din yung rate—affordable and worth it. Maayos at approachable yung host, mabilis kausap. Smooth and comfortable yung stay namin. Thank you po, highly recommended!

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful and clean house! No need to contact the host during your stay kasi provided na lahat at sobrang easy to follow ng instructions. Had fun here with my family. Also yung check in na 2pm at check out ng 1pm ay sobrang sulit 👌🏻

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

It was our 2nd time to stay in the place. 🤍 Very responsive host and I love that they have prepared water dispenser for their guests. Very convenient for us. Highly recommend!

the place was very cozy nice inside though the roads going the place is rough car parking is just outside the house but aside from it the place is nice interior and clean ..hope it has complimentary water , shampoo and soap for the guests

Their villa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. It’s clean and smells great. Everything we needed was provided. The caretakers and owners were also very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommended!

Isaac’s Place is a great spot to stay if you’re spending time in Nuvali. It’s conveniently close to malls and Nuvali Park, making it easy to explore the area. The place was clean, nicely designed, and had a lovely view. Check-in was smooth with no issues, and overall, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with someone special.

Although direction on airbnb app was different from the exact property location, Ms Doriz was very helpful, nice and kind so I was able to go back and forth to our office easily. Last minute booking to celebrate Mother’s day and glad we found John’s place! Perfect place to relax and feel at home at the same time. There is also a church right across the building and we were able to attend mass before we checked out. Also highly recommended the japanese restaurant beside the entrance, super friendly staff and affordable yet delicious meals. We will definitely be back here!!
