Located 800 meters from the center, close to the pier / historic center / fishermen's port (where you can see the alligators in their natural habitat). Also very close to the access of the São João hill overlook (path full of greenery and nature). Complete house, ideal for families who want to rest and wake up to the sound of birds, enjoying the best of nature!

This is an amazing house, fully furnished and equipped with the best for an unforgettable stay. A place for those who need peace, silence and fresh air to relax. With 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, an extensive kitchen and an incredible gourmet area extended with a swimming pool. The beach is 150 meters away on a practically deserted beach. The house and pool cleaning fees are 100% passed on to local workers, we have no profit in these amounts.

Located in the Noble district of Cananéia, 900 meters from the historic center and 500 meters from Independence Avenue. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. We accept pets, as long as you inform us in advance of their size. The backyard and garage are shared.
