This is not the first time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back. Very cozy house, fully equipped kitchen, good views, with a garden and private parking. Always helpful and available hosts.

We stayed at Doña Herminia's house for a weekend, from Friday to Sunday, four couples with children, just for what the children enjoyed it's worth returning. Since the land is perfectly fenced, the pool is well protected, the lawn (artificial) is very well maintained, the garden games are right in front of the relaxation area for adults, .. for parents it has also been a very good experience. A fully-equipped kitchen, a gas paella pan with paellas of different sizes, a barbecue prepared with firewood, ping pong, table soccer, American pool, a 65" TV, a dining room table for 14 people, outdoor tables on the porch, etc. make the experience very well-rounded and recommendable. Things to note: - There are two rooms with several double beds, the one in the attic is very low for adults. - Pets are subject to a surcharge of 10 euros per day for cleaning, regardless of whether it is a well-trained and small dog. - Check-out is at noon, negotiable (€) later.

We have had a wonderful family bridge. The plot and the house are very complete and you do not lack anything to disconnect and enjoy nature, a good barbecue and a bath in the pool as long as the weather allows. The treatment with Sergio and his parents was 10, very helpful and kind at all times. Recommended 100% if you are thinking of staying in the area 😊

We had an amazing time! The house is impeccable, with everything we needed and even more, very comfortable and in a very quiet area. The hosts are the best, very attentive to everything and very, very friendly. We will definitely be back!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

We were well received by Màxim. Indoor garage available. It's easy to get to Valencia via Massanassa train station, and nearby parking is easy to find. The apartment and the building were clean and well kept. Presence of a lift.

We had a great visit! The apartment was close to the city center. For the English speaking guests it would be good to have instructions also in English.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room for the bags. It was exactly like the photos and the listing. Quiet at night, the neighbors were barely heard and seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so you could prepare for that too. Appliances needed in the kitchen, including a washing machine. Drying rack on the balcony a little small.

well decorated and spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen, laundry room and 2 bedrooms and walk-in shower and as a bonus an elevator for me who has difficulty walking. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the requena that we found quite dirty short ideal break between two long journeys

Maria was a great host! Prior to our arrival she was very communicative with us making the arrival very easy. Upon arriving she met us to show us the accommodations and spent some extra time offering helpful suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants.

Everything was great, the apartment was spotless, just as in the photos. M Carmen let us in later and was very kind to give us instructions. I want to highlight the thoughtfulness of leaving us water and coffee, thank you very much for everything!

Jon and the team were extremely responsive and helpful in the lead up to our stay at their beautiful property in Valencia. The flat itself was ideal for a group stay and was, as described, a beautiful home right in the centre of old town. We absolutely loved the area and would be back in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

We had a fabulous holiday in Valencia & were delighted we chose Pilar's apartment. It is located close to Russafa, which has some lovely cafes, restaurants & bars, as well as being within close proximity of both the old town & beach by bicycle. Pilar's place is very clean, comfortable & well equipped, with a patio at the rear to relax in. She provided plenty of recommedations for things to do in the area & went above & beyond to help us when we mislayed a bag in the taxi from the airport. We would highly recommend her apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Harald’s place in Valencia. The apartment was really nice, with great views and everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location, close to loads of great food spots. (We went to Chick Shack twice!) Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautiful. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks Harald!

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a great unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only warmly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without hesitation. Thank you so much, everything was great.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment.
