Stay at Nghi house during my family vacation were a great choice . I were looking a big space for my big family of 8 people and Nghi’s place show up at a really nice option. Everything looks right as the picture. Nghi’s mom also really nice and supportive everything we need and make sure we are during alright. With a fast response and helpful I will come to book at Nghi place next time for sure !!

I had a very comfortable stay here. Jess was very helpful, had a lot of recommendations and booked us a tour on the Mekong. I was able to borrow a bicycle for free to explore the area which was great. The room is small but cozy and overall I had a good time.

overall, it's a really nice and clean, freshly painted. The host is very accommodating and responsive. The location is hard to find when getting a Grab ride, since the location is pinpointed incorrectly on the map... it's not the location fault, it's due Grab's apps faulty location pinpointed.

The location was ideal—close to the center, river promenade, night market, and great food options just steps away. Free bikes, a cozy common space, and affordable tour options made my stay even better. Laundry was convenient, with a nearby wash salon offering flawless, low-priced service. The Wi-Fi was consistently strong, perfect for studying, and I felt safe leaving my belongings in the room. With great value for money, I highly recommend Mekong 69 for a long or short stay and can’t wait to return!

2 corner apartment, 03 bedrooms, fully furnished.

I misread the listing amenities as including things not yet available (it was clear when I went back to the listing), so when we tried to ask AirBNB for a refund and got a bit lost with phone service between both myself and the host on seperate calls, Trung went above and beyond and cancelled the reservation, to initiate the full refund despite my error being the cause of my dissatisfaction. The process went smoothly and we were able to book elsewhere in a timely manner solely because of the host's action, which could have incurred penalties for him. We are very grateful for this.

TC HOUSE - Discover the newness !

If you want to live like the locals this place is for you. Home was as it appeared in the photos and super clean. Had enough space and amenities to fit my entire family. Local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 20-minute cab right to night market (recommend) whis is the same place you book floating market tour.A very good value for the money.
