The apartment is excellent! Matches exactly as the photos! Great location… is close to supermarkets, mall, university and parks. The host responds fairly quickly and clearly in the instructions. For sure, my family and I will stay more often.

The Flat is undoubtedly a thousand times better than the photos, incredible stay, wonderful view of the pool, very warm and beautiful table setting option, I will definitely return!!!

Giuliana has always been very attentive to answering questions, giving instructions on how to arrive, using the garage, entering the building and apartment, and providing whatever was necessary for a great stay. Great choice for my vacation. The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet, and is also close to a mall, which is quite useful. The building is modern and easy to access. I didn't use the garage, but it was available. The apartment is also new, spacious and comfortable, and is totally suitable for a couple. In short, I definitely recommend it.

Great house, very large, several bedrooms with air conditioning. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood and close to the center. We do not use a pool and barbecue area to evaluate. Lucia was thoughtful.

I found exactly what I was looking for: tranquility and privacy. Noemia's apartment has everything you need for long stays: microwave, gas cooker and kitchenware, washing machine, comfortable double bed, in-room air conditioning and a very powerful internet. If I were to stay longer, I would be well served. Returning to Campo Grande will be the first place of my choice. Gratitude, Noemia, I learned a lot from you.

It exceeded our expectations, had almost everything we needed, organized, beds are great, very nice accommodations… we spent a lot of time on the balcony in the back of the house… despite the rainy day it was very nice… we felt at home… Raquel always very attentive, helped us quickly when asked for anything…
