We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

The check in was easy, the owners were super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, felt brand new and the whole block was very quiet considering there were loads of residents. The city bikes (which there are loads of) were a great addition to our holiday making it easy for our 7 and 9 year olds to make the short cycle into Riva and out to Limone and Torbole. Missing Italia already!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. You'll love the beautifully maintained grounds as soon as you arrive, with a swimming pool that was our daily pleasure. Inside, the apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and opens onto a generous outdoor terrace. This tranquil spot offers the best of both worlds: a quieter town feel with plenty of fantastic restaurant options. Plus, it's just a short ride to the more bustling Limone sul Garda. Liliana was an exceptional host, ensuring our time there was incredibly enjoyable and our vacation truly amazing.

We (2 adults + dog) spent a few nice days in Serena's house. The location is wonderfully quiet and we were able to unwind wonderfully. The communication with the landlady went smoothly, friendly and fast, as did the check-in. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and we lacked nothing. Conclusion: An absolute oasis of tranquility and 100% recommendation.

We felt very comfortable and had a great vacation in Italy! The accommodation and the view were an eye-catcher, you just can't be afraid of crawling animals and spiders, these are also in the house :D Unfortunately, the mood suffered a bit from the neighbors' loud and constantly barking dogs. Overall, it was a great time, thank you so much!

We had an all-around perfect stay at this beautiful cottage in Malcesine! Five nights we were there with four people and a dog and enjoyed every minute. The location is absolutely quiet – ideal for relaxing – and the completely fenced property was perfect for our four-legged friend. We especially liked the lovingly maintained garden and the breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains – simply gigantic! Directly from the house, we could go on great hikes, including to Monte Baldo. A big thank you to Monica – she was always available, super warm and even spoiled us with fresh, own cherries. The access is a bit narrow, but even with a large car it is doable. A real little paradise – we'd love to come back!

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in the Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Very unique accommodation with really caring, friendly and open-minded hosts! Michela and Lorenzo have furnished their hayloft with a lot of love for detail and thus create a wonderful overall atmosphere. Communication and hosting leave nothing to be desired, we will be happy to come back!

We looked for accommodation in the middle of nature, without noise and disturbances, and we found it in this magnificent farmhouse. We were really happy and we plan to come back again. Alessandro, the host, was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Valeria and her team are great hosts! Very friendly and eager to make everyone have a wonderful vacation. With many private insider tips for a special holiday, not just off the shelf. The apartment (App.4) is modern and cozy, very neat and high quality! Perfect with dog. The well-kept outdoor area was also perfect, great pool, high-quality sauna - we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place was really just as described in the photos. We needed a quiet and beautiful apartment to work and Sara's Cottage was just the right thing for us. If we needed anything, Sara was easy to reach and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back :).

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Very nice apartment that is in a great location. The private access to the beach is great. There is a great view from the terrace. We enjoyed the week at Lake Garda in this apartment.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 4 nights there. It is super clean, new, modernly furnished. We felt super comfortable. We had the pool partly all to ourselves. It is super quiet and the area just fantastic. The large roof terrace is also beautiful. Simply great. Eleonora and her parents are also super friendly. We'll be back for sure, then we'll stay longer :)

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us right in the driveway when we arrived. There was also a delicious wine as a gift. The place is beautiful with a very well-kept garden and great views of Lake Garda. The pool as well as the apartment was very clean and always tidy. Unfortunately, there were a few small (not particularly disturbing) inconveniences: the curtains were very translucent, which made it directly bright in the room in the morning & the fridge (in the same room as the bed) is quite noisy. The lake is within walking distance, as is restaurants and bars. The only thing that may differ from the Airbnb descriptions is that in reality it's two apartments that they rent out. That means you may have to share the pool with other vacationers. Overall, we are very satisfied and would love to come back anytime.

Conny’s place exceeded all our expectations. The view from the balcony was magnificent and a joy to wake up to each morning. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were able to cool off after each day exploring Malcesine and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. Excellent communication with Conny who kindly picked us up from the bus station and took us to her apartment to check in which we very much appreciated. We would like to return next year and would very much hope to book in at Conny’s.

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!
