Cozy guest house in the best location of the Lagoon. The house is 60 mts², divided into an extremely comfortable living room, suite, kitchen and balcony! The use of the house is limited to guests, not being allowed to receive no guests. All of this is surrounded by a lot of nature, which blends in with the Joaquina Dunes.
