Relax in our Beach House, in direct contact with nature. Located in the Alfar Forest Reserve, just 1 block from the best beaches in southern Mar del Plata and a few blocks from the Peralta Ramos Forest. It is a bright and spacious place with a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Comfortable bed with a huge window full of plants. Enjoy a barbecue on the grill and a rest in the outdoor loungers. We look forward to seeing you!

We accept pets, in a very quiet residential area. One block from the beach with free access. Garage, gazebo with super green garden and backyard (these areas are shared with another guest apartment). Excellent broadband connection with WIFI y SmarTV with GoogleTV. Recommended for remote workers. We accept pets but ask that you do not leave them alone for long periods. The landlady lives in the house next door, for whatever you need and provides shuttle service.
