Lucia's apartment more than met the advertised standards. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps away from the best entertainment spots, both restaurants and bars. Not noisy at all and the owner is very attentive. As a criticism, I would extend the checkout time a little. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day you have to get up early to check out, it's hard. However, we will repeat!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly beautiful to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – this created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: on our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some stains on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. The amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Amazing place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close to the beach and center of Calpe. It has a wonderful view from the balcony and it has everything you need. Also the communication with the hosts is very fast and easy, that’s so convenient!

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Our stay was a fantastic experience - the apartment itself has everything one might need: from kitchen utensils to even a beach chair and a sun parasol. It was very easy to find, we are grateful we were allowed to check in earlier as we had an early morning flight. The walk to the best beach in Calpe only takes 1,5min and from the balcony you can see the sunrise over the sea, as well as Ifac mountain. Also, right next door there's a small supermarket, which caters to all basic needs. We were recommended a restaurant by the hostess - and it was really worth the try - tasty food and drinks. Overall, one of my best experiences in Spain, would definitely recommend!
