Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

Surreal views. Phenomenal service. The city is rich in history. The dinners were also fabulous and fresh—from their homegrown garden. I recommend this getaway in the mountains to anybody who appreciates sustainable living and breathtaking, once-in-lifetime experiences. Worth every penny.

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni meravigliosi a casa di Sergio. Pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli, grandi e comodi spazi esterni, ma soprattutto una posizione favolosa. Giardino direttamente sul mare, spiaggia praticamente riservata al residence. La notte solo il rumore delle onde. Consigliatissima.

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Patrizia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. La villa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliata!

La villa è veramente come appare nelle foto: assolutamente confortevole, fresca all’interno e piacevole negli spazi esterni. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, doppio bagno, cucina attrezzata e completa, due spazi esterni, uno principale ed uno “di servizio”, doccia CALDA all’esterno, lettini e dondolo in giardino, tende da sole e ventilatori per i caldi pomeriggi estivi in terrazza, attrezzature da spiaggia tra cui anche la canoa per brevi escursioni. La posizione è assolutamente invidiabile, a due passi reali dalla spiaggia di Acquappesa e vicina ad ogni necessità (macelleria, fruttivendolo, supermarket). E’ un po’ vicina ai binari del treno ma dopo poco non ci si fa più caso, visto il paradiso del comfort in cui si villeggia. Fabio è l’host dei desideri: attento, preciso, cordiale e simpaticissimo…una persona fuori dal comune. E stato veramente un piacere essere suoi ospiti: ci mancherà! Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare a riposare nella

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

Very spacious and very clean unit. Listing and photos were accurate. Fabrizio was very quick to respond to our enquiry for a last minute rental and provided a recommendation of a local hotel for one night until his unit was available. Property managers Carmine and his wife Romilda live on site so met us on check in and for check out review. They were very responsive and provided a nice restaurant recommendation. They were very friendly people. There was a nearby grocery store to buy essentials like dish soap, toilet paper and toiletries for our week there. Nice coffee and pastry shop down the road.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft oberhalb der Stadt, in einer privaten Parkanlage eines historischen Palazzos, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieter… Sehr zu empfehlen!

apartment is located 15 min drive for reggio calabria. it was great spot to visit the beach and some small villages near by. it's spacious with two rooms. totally equipped kitchen with also some basic ingredients. which I liked. landlord also prepared some watter for us. by foot is really great pasticheria where we ate our breakfast. price between what you pay and what you get is top.
