Vacation rentals with a patio in Caloocan City

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

Everything was fantastic, it’s just the AC was a bit hot inside, we had to use 2 fans for us to feel the cool inside the bedroom.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

Comfortable and Homely Stay for the Third Time! I've had the pleasure of staying in Sir Uno's condo unit three times now, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment you step in, it feels just like home. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay every time. The bed is cozy, allowing for restful sleep, and the overall ambiance of the space is inviting and relaxing. Sir Uno is always accommodating and attentive, making the experience even better. The place is very convenient and accessible. You can bring your car or commute. There are nearby convenience store and restaurants. It is very spacious as well, considering that we are 8 pax. Our family also enjoyed the Karaoke and Netflix.

Looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the care they put in making the place amazing 🤩 developers of the condo arent that friendly with guests tho but that isnt the host's fault. Just personally dislike SMDC's guest policy but thats just my opinion 🙂‍↕️ everything else is 10/10 would come back again!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.
