Maison mitoyenne de 60m² dans un endroit ensoleillé et très calme, avec vue dégagée. Elle est située à 100 mètres de la mer et la première plage est à 10min à pied (baignade surveillée, activités nautiques : plongée, parapente, bouées tractées, jet ski ...). Il est à 5min de Tiuccia, 15min de Sagone et 30min d'Ajaccio. C'est un logement récent, bien équipé et insonorisé. Il dispose d'une terrasse, équipée d'un store banne électrique, sur laquelle vous pourrez déjeuner avec vue sur la mer.
