A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Great place just near the sea and the Cala Blanca lagoon and tide pools. Great location. Nadine and Ines are great hosts.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Perfect view on the most beautiful beach

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is nicer than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I would love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Stayed at this beautiful villa for a week with my family and could not have had a better time. Mark was the perfect host from the moment we arrived- even making my mum a cup of tea upon arrival! The surroundings are exceptional and the villa itself is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Javea Holiday Rentals say they go above and beyond and this could not be more true! Our stay at Vladi's house in Jávea was excellent. The house was very well equipped and located, ideal for a few days of rest. Vladi was a 10-star host: always friendly, attentive and willing to help. He responded very quickly to any questions and made sure everything was perfect. We would repeat without hesitation!

Claudio was very friendly and helpful at all times, the accommodation was as described in the listing. Claudio had everything, there was a hygiene kit, a mini first aid kit and many more things. He recommended very nice areas of Jávea that we were able to visit thanks to his recommendations. I would recommend this apartment to everyone and we will repeat for sure!

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

An amazing stay in an amazing location. The villa was beautiful and relaxing and the view is 10/10. It was spotless clean and the check in was very smooth with a very friendly and kind host. Communication was very responsive. For guests wanting to stay, a heads up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as basic ingredients for cooking like oil. Overall highly recommend this Villa to stay at. Thanks again.

We had the perfect stay at this Airbnb in Calpe. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions on how to access the property. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and centrally located. The view from the balcony was amazing and we found there was lots to do nearby. We will definitely book this apartment next time we are in Calpe!

Pablo was super helpful, anytime you messaged him he would reply between 5-10 mins. He had lots of recommendations for what to do and the place was super lovely and clean, with a nice garden at the back. Also a plus fot the private complex right on the beachfront. 10/10 wouuld recommend and would return
