A 2-minute walk from local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, greengrocer, TABAC-presse and pharmacy) and a medical center open 7 days a week. SIMIANE train station is a 15-minute drive. AUBAGNE train station is a 20-minute drive away.

The pretty 35 m² studio is ATTACHED to the BASEMENT of OUR HOUSE. Enter through a small veranda and go directly to the sofa lounge/sleeping area. Bedroom area separated by a curtain. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and its relaxing garden which are opposite our villa + private garden just for you.
