It was like being home. It is as described, you can walk to all the sights, especially the Amphitheater, which is 5 minutes away. Everything is super clean, 100% recommended. In addition, the deal with the owners has been excellent, Nico is super attentive. Thank you very much 😊

We spent a week at José Luis' apartment, and we felt right at home. It is an extremely comfortable and convenient place to stay. With everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just five minutes from the historic center of Cáceres, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was easy to find parking on the same street or nearby. Communication with José Luis has been very fluid at all times, with very useful local recommendations. We used the accommodation as a base to explore Extremadura, and we think it was a great success. If we return to Extremadura, we will try to book this apartment again. We definitely recommend it.

Jorge was always attentive to facilitate the arrival and stay. The apartment is very comfortable, we were two couples and it has everything you need for the weekend we spent there. Very well located but on a quiet street to rest. 100% recommended!

Maria‘s place was absolutely fantastic. The view from the terrace was spectacular and for anyone who loves birdwatching we saw over 50 different species just from there. It’s incredibly peaceful and the sound of the church bell ringing each hour, and a beautiful tune at 9 and 12 was just lovely The house itself was clean, roomy and yet felt cosy. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you need to cater for yourselves. The local supermarket in Barcelona had a great selection of essentials and the staff were very friendly. Fantastic information provided by the hosts about the local area, and Maria was incredibly responsive to any questions asked. We would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We would love to return in the future.

The apartment is conveniently located for the visit we had planned: close to the old town, a parking lot and no noise. It has everything we could need: cleanliness, comfortable mattresses and sofa, as well as bath products, cleaning and something for breakfast

The apartment is great. Air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in each room, which is a luxury for the summer. Everything you need and more in the kitchen and bathroom, and the terrace is great for enjoying the outdoors, with its garden seats and a large umbrella. Comfortable beds and pillows. Less than a ten-minute walk to the main square and there is street parking. If I return to Cáceres I will repeat, if possible, in this house because we liked it very much. It is true that there is a bar next door, if you are a light sleeper you should bring some earplugs but it is worth taking them and taking advantage of this accommodation in Cáceres.

Thanks to Juan Luis and Carmen for a lovely stay in Caceres. Great communication, clean and comfortable apartment, and a "welcome" torta from Carmen was a nice surprise. Well located between old and new Caceres. Good stay, definitely recommend.

A great place to stay and only a short drive from the incredible Monfragüe National Park. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed for three nights end of May and had an absolutely lovely time doing absolutely nothing. Slept for hours and hours and when not asleep sat in the beautiful little garden watching swallows swifts housemartins and vultures. The apartment had everything we needed. The pueblo has one small restaurant, no shop, no bar, a spectacular Moorish castle if you have the lungs and legs to climb up, and a great walk down to the river if you have any energy left over. Entry in nighttime without hassle. The best churrería in the town and the best bakery a few meters from the apartment. Very clean stay, it has everything you need to spend a few days and feel like you are at home. Free parking area in the building's garage. Yes there is possibility we will repeat!!

The stay is very pleasant. The place is very clean, well located and how to get there by car.
