Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Cabeceiras de Basto

Beautiful private home located at the top of a small hill that overlooks the church and city centre below. We really enjoyed our stay with the lovely surrounding views and the garden. The only downside was the church bells ringing every hour, throughout into the night which affected our sleep. But we bought some ear plugs and was able to get over the sound. Would definitely recommend this place for a cozy stay.

Nossa estadia foi excelente, a casa é exatamente como anunciada e a região é linda. Fomos em 5 adultos e 2 cães e aproveitamos muito, aproveitamos muito o quintal.

Muy bien todo, han sido unas vacaciones estupendas, todo como en el anuncio.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine chez Carlos et nous avons adoré. L'accueil était parfait,la maison est sublime , bien situé, proche de tous commerces, de bons restaurants,la ville est sympathique ainsi que les habitants. Les chambres,les lits,la salle de bain,le salon , le wifi ,la cuisine et le garage pour une voiture de 2 mètres de large était parfaite. Nous recommandons ce location les yeux fermés a qui veut passer des agréables moments à Arco de baulhe et visité Braga, Guimaraes etc... Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr. A estadia na Casa de Rio Trutas não poderia ter sido melhor! Anfitriões super disponíveis e flexíveis, a casa correspondia exatamente ao publicado nas fotos e ao descrito (na verdade, até surpreende positivamente), cozinha com todas as comodidades, quartos muito confortáveis, bonita decoração, salão grande para festas ou outra atividade (nós fizemos uma aula de dança!)... Pena não termos podido ficar mais tempo e usufruir da piscina (mas isso já nada teve a ver com o anfitrião). É um espaço ótimo para famílias, grupos de amigos, quer queiram ir só descansar ou festejar um aniversário ou despedida de solteira! Recomendação de alto nível! :D

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, très bien entretenue, avec ce magnifique jardin. la vue est splendide sur les montagnes . la piscine est très agréable. les propriétaires sont adorables et font tout leur possible pour que le séjour se passe au mieux, nous avons eu des soucis avec notre voiture électrique de location pour se recharger, ils nous ont trouvé une solution et ont sauvé nos vacances. Ils ont tous les deux de délicates attentions. Je recommande cette maison où vous êtes sur de passer un agréable séjour.

Espaço absolutamente deslumbrante. Todo o terreno exterior está maravilhosamente cuidado e dá-nos a sensação de privacidade total, de estarmos noutra dimensão. É lindo. Piscina maravilhosa. A casa também extremamente confortável, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Nada a apontar de errado.

Un séjour merveilleux, une villa magnifique et très reposante . Nous sommes arrivés en avance et nous avons pu avancer l’horaire pour récupérer les clés . Ce sont des hôtes vraiment très à l’écoute de nos besoins et arrangeants . Nous avons passé un super séjour et rencontré des hôtes comme ils se font rare . Encore merci à eux pour ce séjour

Une maison incroyable pour passer des vacances en famille ! La maison est très bien équipée et très spacieuse avec une grande piscine pour profiter du soleil. Isabelle a été très réactive et agréable durant notre séjour. Je recommande totalement !

What a beautiful setting in the heart of nature! We were welcomed by Marianne & Mario, and a friendly dog, Roxy. Our tented camp had everything we needed, was super clean, and the small pool was perfect to cool off in. Marianne was also very helpful in arranging a taxi to collect us and drop us off at our next destination. If you’re looking for a piece of heaven in nature, look no further, thank you Marianne & Mario!

A casa do Carlos está muito bem situada perto do centro de Cabeceiras de Basto. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias e é muito confortável, sentimo-nos em casa! Além disso o Carlos também disponibilizou uma lista de pontos de interesse e restaurantes na zona, o que facilitou muito a nossa visita à região. Voltaremos com toda a certeza e recomendo a todos!

Ótimo para uma estadia calma para uma família grande. Bom espaço exterior junto à piscina e área global dos jardins. A casa está muito equipada em aparelhos e louças. O anfitrião foi sempre impecável e muito disponível com todos os pedidos.

Gostámos muito da estadia, do local e das redondezas. Queríamos um local bem calmo e acolhedor e foi isso que tivemos. Só é pena tantos insectos, mas é uma consequência inevitável da zona circundante. A casa é provavelmente um óptimo retiro de inverno também.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Fernando muy atento a todo y muy amable. Un gran anfitrión. Para repetir. La casa es sencilla, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Pero suficiente para estar cómodo. La piscina es perfecta,tiene barbacoa y hasta un pequeño huerto. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

We were warmly greeted by Sara, who was incredibly helpful throughout our three-day stay at the Quinta. The cottage is simple—consisitn g a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a basic kitchen—one of four similar units converted from granite walles outbuildings of a grand Quinta. The property is expansive, offering many lovely spots to relax, whether in the vineyard, under a fig tree, or around the generously sized swimming pool. Despite being in a secluded valley, it's just a short drive to Cabeceiras de Basto, where you'll find charming Praia Fluvials, shops, cafes, and restaurants. We quickly became friends with another group occupying the other three properties, enjoying shared meals and drinks while the children played in the pool. Casa de Sestelo is an amazing, relaxing spot to spend a few days.

O alojamento é muito acolhedor, rodeado de natureza, animais e tranquilidade, o que faz com que seja o local perfeito para descomprimir do stress do dia a dia.

très bon logement, facile d'accès, très belle vue, très propre, les chiens sont très gentils et ne vous embêtent pas. la climatisation fonctionne très bien. l'hôte est très disponible pour répondre aux questions. ce fut une super expérience !

Não tivemos sorte com o tempo, mas isso permitiu-nos usufruir da fantástica lareira de que a casa oferece. Os aquecedores foram quase desnecessários. A casa está muito bem provida e fomos muito bem recebidos, recomendo!

We were delighted with our choice. CASA de Castilla was exactly what we were looking for. Set in a rural valley vineyard, it was quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. The two storey apartment was spacious with views to the vineyard and surrounding countryside. We loved the atmosphere and the history. The pool was pristine and the gardens were beautiful. We were met by Sarah who was so helpful. She was a beautiful young woman who went beyond to help us to settle in. Her local knowledge was fantastic which made our stay so much more than we expected. We would highly recommend a stay there. The location is hard to find and Sarah met us in the town and we followed her in the car. I must mention the drive in was very interesting.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – das Highlight unserer Portugalreise! Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir persönlich auf den letzten Metern zur abgelegenen Unterkunft im Weinberg begleitet – ein toller Service. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, inklusive liebevoller Gastgeschenke der Familie. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig mit spektakulärem Ausblick auf Weinberge, Fluss und Tal – vom Sofa oder der Terrasse aus. Im Garten wachsen Zitronen, Orangen und Maracujas zum Selberpflücken. Der Pool liegt idyllisch zwischen Blumen und Obstbäumen. Die Zufahrt ist eindrucksvoll, aber gut machbar. Von hier aus lohnen sich Ausflüge nach Braga, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo oder Esposende. Unser Tipp: Autobahnen meiden und die abwechslungsreiche Hügellandschaft genießen. Ein besonderer Ort mit besonderen Menschen – wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!
