Renovated 1500sqft house ranch home located 1.5 miles from Duke Hospital/West campus and on the 11b busline (see GoDurham.com for detailed maps). 10 min to downtown Durham by car and close to shopping. Private bedroom and bathroom with shared common areas. This is an owner occupied house that I share with my dog and 2 cats. The dog is crated when I am away from home while the cats have free range of the house. It is pet friendly!

The two story colonial is located in a quite subdivision no nearby public transportation, however the Uber and Lyft services are available. The grounds are well kept with on street parking. Approximately 5.6 miles north of Durham's Main Street with many restaurants and great shopping. The house has a security system. Private bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. Free access to wifi and a space for work, study or relaxing. Let me welcome you to my home.
