In the 3/4 acre back yard there is a FIREPIT, two patios, picnic spots and plenty of places to pitch a family tent. The yard overlooks a very active wetland with all sorts of wildlife.. There is excellent guest security (although Olcott is very safe) with exterior cottage lighting and video monitoring of the parking area.
