Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Die ‚12er Loft‘ befindet sich im Obergeschoss des '12er Huus' und besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum. Die hohen Räume, der sichtbare Dachstuhl und der Kaminofen bieten ein unvergleichbares Ambiente in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Getränkekühler. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Der überdachte Balkon mit Sitzlounge lädt dazu ein, die frische Bergluft und die Aussicht zu genießen.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Right in the heart of Bürserberg stands our newly built Rufana Lodge. Rufana Lodge sleeps 8 to max. 10 people. The lovingly furnished apartment has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with private bathroom, and a sofa bed. The spacious living and dining kitchen invites you to linger due to its coziness.
