Michelle was a very proactive host. Space is clean, neat and as pictured. Was great alternative to hotel for a conference trip. Would stay again.

Aidan's space is a practical, luxurious apartment in the heart of an amazing neighborhood. The unit itself was immaculate. The linens were high quality, the appliances and amenities were all very high end. It was so clean and stylish. The perfect place to work out of for an entire week while enjoying the city. It's near muni lines and a bunch of different bus routes to get you to BART, and also a quiet easy place to get a rideshare pickup without any confusion. Also, the Mission district is a short walk away. Overall I had a fantastic time here and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone wanting to visit San Francisco.

Great place to stay. The home was spotless and beautiful, modern/industrial/beach theme. The location was ideal right between Granada and Half Moon Bay.

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

In a few words. We have thought of buying it which I think sums up our stay. Harold was friendly and attentive. Great place and we loved the water and the Seaplane right next door.

Great place for my 1 year old and I to stay while visiting friends and family in the bay.

Emma was extremely responsive and very pleasant and kind to deal with. She had helpful photos of the home and where to enter, including door codes, as well as helpful labels throughout the home! I was impressed with her organization and response time! The fridge went out while we were there, despite being brand new, and Emma refunded us for the groceries we bought that went bad, which I was very happy with. I did think there were two beds in the one bedroom based on the photos, but realized if I had paid more attention I would have known it was the same bed with different blankets. This photo did throw me off. Otherwise, the home is very much as advertised. The area is very safe and walkable with a gorgeous park across the street with lots to do, and great access to multiple forms of transportation. It is also within half an hour of the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town, and other tourist attractions. We had a fantastic trip and would love to come back!

This was a great place to stay on our business trip to San Mateo. Our office is downtown on 3rd Ave which was just under a mile away from the house, which made it walkable in less than 20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood and very clean home with all the necessary amenities for travelers and people passing through.

Heather was an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was clear, friendly, and fast—she responded immediately when we realized we’d accidentally booked the wrong dates and helped us adjust the reservation without any hassle. The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with plenty of space for our group of five. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during the stay. Heather also provided thoughtful checkout guidance and made everything seamless. We really appreciated her attentiveness and kindness, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, with spacious rooms and large comfortable beds. Very convenient for us since we had three family members flying in to SFO and this home only 7 minutes from the airport. Owner was very gracious and accommodating for us. 5 stars!

The second time staying in this cozy and peaceful place, this time for our extended family visiting Belmont. My 4 year old nephew and his family really enjoyed the stay. Not only the inside (which stayed cool even though it was early summer), but also the sunny backyard was really great. Lacey was responsive for any questions they had. I had a fantastic stay! The location felt nicely secluded and peaceful, yet it was super easy to access everything I needed. and this place was a retreat. The space was incredibly spacious for one person, and the hosts truly thought of everything—from snacks to a fully stocked kitchen to a washer and dryer. Bed was amazingly comfortable, and I also appreciated having a great desk setup for work. Overall, wonderful amenities and a very thoughtful setup. Highly recommend!

This is such a comfortable, spacious home. It met all our needs. Beds are super comfortable. Very clean. Raymund was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
