Cafés, Restaurants, Paddelbootsverleih, Fahrradverleih, Kahnfährhäfen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Spreewald ist eine einzigartige Landschaft und lädt zum genießen und Seele baumeln lassen ein, aber auch für sportliche Aktivitäten und Kultur ist Lübbenau ideal. Es wird eine Kurtaxe erhoben.

The property is located on the 4th floor of an apartment complex in a quiet side street in the center of Cottbus. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom supports a restful sleep. The roof window can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking spaces are available free of charge in the surrounding area.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, einen Schlafraum, ein Bad mit DU/WC. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und einem Grill. Ein abschließbarer Schuppen für Fahrräder steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gasthäuser, Häfen, die Spreewald Therme und das Reha-Zentrum. WICHTIG Der Kurbeitrag beträgt 2 Euro pro Person/Nacht - ab 18 Jahren. Diese ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen.

Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
