I had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

Overall we are satisfied with the stay, place is quite comfortable and there's karaoke machine for us to release some stress too. Food locations from the Airbnb is nearby & convenient 👍🏻

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

We stayed for three weeks at Rey's place and we were very happy with the flat, the location, and the facilities. We had a car, so that made it easy to access food courts, the beach and the town. However, there is a bus stop just a few minutes from the condo, which is also convenient or Grab is very efficient on the island. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The only downside was that a broken door handle in the kitchen we reported during our stay wasn’t fixed, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it didn’t detract too much from our experience. Good place to stay at Penang, right on the beach, with great bar & restaurant downstairs. Also other food options just across the street.

Saya sangat menikmati menginap di kamar ini. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi di aplikasi. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, tersedia air minum, handuk bersih, dan fasilitas lainnya sangat membantu selama saya tinggal. Lokasinya juga strategis — dekat dengan pusat kota, tempat makan, dan transportasi umum. Host sangat ramah dan responsif, memberikan petunjuk check-in yang jelas dan cepat tanggap terhadap pertanyaan saya. Suasana lingkungan juga tenang dan aman. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi siapa pun yang mencari penginapan nyaman dengan harga terjangkau. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi jika berkunjung ke area ini!

We had a truly wonderful 4 days and 3 nights stay at By The Sea, Batu Ferringhi. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the sea was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset! The facilities were excellent. The pool was well-maintained and perfect for both kids and adults. We loved the direct beach access, making it super convenient to enjoy the sand and sea whenever we liked. The surrounding area is peaceful and secure, ideal for families or anyone looking to unwind. Location-wise, it was superb. Close enough to the Batu Ferringhi night market, local food stalls, and restaurants, but still far enough to enjoy privacy and quietness. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, with quick responses to any questions. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and memorable seaside retreat in Penang.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....
