Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Logement situé au 1er étage d'une ancienne ferme (mes grands-parents y étaient agriculteurs jusque dans les années 1950), constitué d'une pièce d'entrée équipée pour prendre le petit déjeuner, suivie d'une chambre (2 lits simples), puis d'une autre chambre (1 lit double), puis d'un palier avec placard-penderie desservant la salle de douche (douche à l'italienne, meuble lavabo, WC). Toutes les pièces disposent d'une fenêtre exposée au sud avec vue sur les prés. Le linge de maison est fourni.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
