This is an upstairs loft located in the vibrant Capital Heights mid city Baton Rouge area, in the midst of wonderful restaurants and night life. The Loft is in a separate building from my home, you will have the whole space to yourself. Guest will have the pergola and the fenced in backyard yard for their use The neighborhood has a wonderful street running through the middle of it for running, walking and bike riding. Not wheelchair accessible. Queen sized bed and queen sized air mattress

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

The townhome was very clean which made us feel comfortable throughout our weekend stay. I am BIG on cleanliness and Adam’s place met my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the house had all we needed for our stay. I would stay at the Condeaux again if I visited the area. It is easy to get to the campus, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants from this location. Adam was quick to respond, welcoming, and helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Condeaux to others. Book it for your next stay in Baton Rouge and you will not be disappointed!

Amazing listing in Baton Rouge. My family and I came in town for a graduation and this home was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed everything about the home. Plenty of space for a large family to move around effortlessly! We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the area. Highly recommend!

This is my absolute favorite rental I’ve ever stayed at. It is exceptionally luxurious with high-end bedding and furnishings, while also being child friendly. My 2 1/2 year old grandson played outside in the fenced-in backyard while we relaxed in the screened-in back porch. The extra touches really put this rental above any others—personal welcome note, snacks, tote bag, water bottles, etc. The bathrooms had every item you could need, even baby shampoo. I truly felt I was staying at a friend’s home. I can’t think of one single thing that could be improved on. I will stay here again when I am in the area.
