Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. We were greeted in a very friendly manner in person and received a short briefing. The location of the accommodation is very quiet, right by the forest, ideal for hiking from there. My daughter was thrilled with the giant swing that hung in the tree. I thought it was great that we got the spa cards, with which you get many discounts, directly upon arrival and did not have to take care of it ourselves. An exceptional service! Everything important was available in the apartment. Very modern decor, chic bathroom. Parking is available right in front of the house. Completely uncomplicated check-out. Host available at any time. Overall very good value for money.

Manuela is super friendly, charming. The place was clean, the linens smelled like perfume, just like the towels. The apartment was warm and could be easily ventilated. It has a bedroom and living room separate from the kitchen, which is very comfortable.Check-in and check-out are simple The downside is that there were some spiders, although that's the price to pay for so many beautiful plants around, and on the other hand, it would have been nice to find a tea or coffee bag as a welcome. It's absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Bettina’s house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was incredibly peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden for breakfast and dinner admiring the beautiful view. Bettina was very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions for day trips using the local tourist card. We rather carelessly left a personal possession behind and Bettina very kindly sent it back to us. We would really recommend to anyone visiting the area to stay here!
