In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. Come and enjoy our cottage "La Laiterie" ideally located halfway between DIJON - BEAUNE - DOLE, and a few minutes from Nuits Saint Georges. It was fully renovated in 2021. At the edge of the Cîteaux Forest (Natura 2000 classified), the bucolic landscapes of the surroundings will enchant you. This place inspires calm and relaxation. The location of the cottage will allow you to immerse yourself in the heart of our wine-growing region.

Looking for an extraordinary cozy nest, perfect for 2 people and a little one. (Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to roam around Dijon without bothering with parking, no stress! The cottage is very close to Brazey train station, 3 minutes away. Last thing: For comfort, sheets and towels are provided, and we even added a hairdryer and iron for the most stylish!

The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.

A short walk to the Voie Bleue (EuroVelo), close to Cîteaux Abbey and Lake Chour. Located between Dijon and Beaune (30 min) with its wine route, and the Jura region with its city of Dole (30 min), its lakes and mountains.

At the crossroads of Santenay, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th-century winegrower's house comfortably accommodates 4 adults. Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
