Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful pond nearby. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet-friendly accommodation.

It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

Ivana is a great host. Place is excellent with large garden, sitting place, pool ... a wonderful home. Fully recommend it.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay – from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed with so much attention to detail. Everything you need for a great weekend with a group is there. It was even better than we expected! Adam was incredibly helpful, kind, and flexible – a fantastic host! We loved the Mýtinka Cottage so much that we booked two more nights the day before we left. Everything was great, the cottage is located in a great place where you have peace and have it to yourself. We also loved the amenities, we didn't miss anything, and we were expecting wine to welcome. The owner, Kamila, also arranged for us a great wine tasting in the wine cellar with their good friend Mr. Pope. We really have nothing to complain about. Thanks so much, we'll be back for sure!

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

Well well well... Excellent place with all the luxurious comforts one can get. Sauna is just a nice touch on the top of pretty much everything. It's nothing but 5 stars from me. Highly recommended

The owner was incredibly accommodating and kind, the arrangement with him was seamless. The place was clean and very cozy. The bonus was a spacious garden with the option to park. The location is also great – to Brno 10 minutes by car.

An excellent place for its price. Quite minimalistic but has all the necessary features and is particularly suitable for an outgoing person who wants to enjoy the city. I was also happy with the washing machine, which allowed me to survive a week with just hand luggage. In addition, the communication with Johan worked well and he handed me the keys personally on the day of arrival.

The place was absolutely beautiful, the view was incredible and so magical! You could see the church from the balcony, lounge room & bedroom. Felt like a dream. Staff were very friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend this place, Brno is special!

I would definitely return. It’s a cozy and very clean apartment. Location is great too. Just two tram stops and you are downtown.

Hi, thank you for a great weekend. Everything went smoothly. The stay met expectations. Everything worked as it should. We came to explore the underground spaces in nearby Tišnov. Very nice house. Everything is clean. A small courtyard with a wonderful view. The hostess is a sweet woman, responsive Ready to help instantly. She helped us with booking tickets to the caves, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely come here again.

We stayed at this place for one night on the way to Hungary with a baby and dog. Great area for hiking,restaurant just around the corner, clean accommodation, with everything you need.
